THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS I UPDATED MY BIOS AND EVERYRHING RESET AND IT WAS HORRIBLE MY restart AND SHUT DOWN TIME WAS SOOOOOOOOO LONG. I did this and enabled MSI fast boot now it's like less than 10 seconds

My motherboard is MSI Z370M MORTAR. My graphics card is MSI GT 630. When I select UEFI from CSM, there is nothing in GOP information. I restart the PC and see "There is no GOP support detected in this card. Windows 8.1/10 features settings in BIOS will be changed to 'disabled'."

my window 10 whql support only have choice to enable or disable and i can't enable the secure boot it keeps telling me to disable csm while i don't see any on my bios

Flash the bios with F11 or use windows install media to recover windows (it won't delete if you press repair my PC)
