Over the winter for whatever reason, never thought about it, I will mix my own dandelion root in with my coffee, using less coffee, taste is really not different. So if you use more and more other stuff in the coffee you could slowly cut back, if that is your goal.❤

I do want to reiterate a precaution
Make sure you don't have negative reactions to any of the ingredients BEFORE you make a blend.
I recently made a powder blend for smoothies and had awful reaction to it. But I don't know which ingredient(s) I'm having a reaction to.
It was a lot of money wasted and some scary effects on my body.

Considering we were on medications for 15 years and other than adding some specific herbs and other foods and getting rid of fluoride (including ALL Teflon) and no special diet other than eating healthy and then weaned ourselves off without the help of a doctor, I would assume you could do the same since you are on a low dose. We have been off of them for 12 years now and have not looked back

I am not trying to be argumentative...but if taking ashwagandha you need to be taking something like milk thistle with. Maybe things have changed, I learned that long term use is hard on the liver. But with milk thistle it should be fine. Had you thought of maybe adding medical mushrooms???They are so good and sooo healthy and helpful to the immune system. I have a supp I buy and it is wonderful as a fall thru spring addition to help keep getting bugs. I give it a break for the summer . Helps alot!!! Not dr or herblist...just someone who learned thru reading and having special needs kids.
