1 Bunch - Basil
2 Bunch - Parsley
1/4cup - Rosemary
1/4cup - Calabash Nutmeg
1/4cup - Cloves
1/4cup - Aniseed
1/4cup - Whole Black Pepper
1/4cup - Thyme Leaves or 1tbsp Grounded
5-10 Pieces - Star Anise or 1tbsp Grounded

Thank you I started a garden and I have loads of onion garlic and ginger the easiest things to grow they last a long time but you still need to use them and this was the perfect thing to do. I have bags of it in my freezer and take them out when I need you save the day once again lol
