- I personally use msg in moderation and through my research I found that it is a natural ingredient derived from seaweed, it is also found in many foods such as cheese and tomatoes. Msg is now produced by the fermentation of starch, sugar beets, sugar cane and molasses. I feel like we are being shamed for using a natural ingredient just because someone said so, moderation is key and we all have to do what is good for us

Ingredients:
For First Two Cubes
Parsley
Spring Onions
1 - Bulbs of Garlic
2 - Shallots
2 - Onions
2 - Celery sticks
4 - Carrots
3 - Bell Peppers
1/4cup - Accent
1tbsp - Aniseed
3tbsp - Salt
Water - to stem vegetables
Second Cube
2tbsp - Garlic Powder
2tbsp - Ginger Powder
3tbsp - Parsley
1/2cup - Dehydrated Carrots
2tbsp - Coconut Oil or tt
1/2cup - Dehydrated Celery
1/2cup - Shrimp Powder
1/4cup - Onion Powder
1/4cup - Salt
1/4cup - Accent
3tbsp - Sugar
