    Honey 40g
    Salt 1 pinch
    Plain flour 1 cup

      @@ChefSaito purple, black all kinds of aubergine straight from the farm this time of year. My challenge will be to find Miso.

    Can I steam the eggplant? I don’t want to fry because of acid reflux. I want to steam and then place in the oven and broil them. Thank you for the recipe.
