You're seeing the final version, I'm sure this took longer than 20 minutes to record and edit. Who knows, this could have been his 3rd or 4th take.
This is so impressive. I always tell people that having different sources of income is the only way to survive the economy. You must never put all your eggs in one basket. Personally, as one who has been into Real Estates for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Imagine what the situation would had been given the present real estates market if I were solely banking on it. Goodluck!
Very sound and pragmatic. I have also been into stocks, REITs etc for long and though I won't say I have lost a fortune, but I have squandered quite a lot. @@Mrcarlson_E Funny enough, I can honestly relate. It's not as easy as it may sound and requires some sacrifices but it is definitely rewarding. I don't know if I am permitted to go into details here, but her name is "Leah Marie Sandock". Was in the news a lot in 2018. You may look her up for more.

I’ve definitely learned the importance of having 1 stream at a time, then adding once you’re ready. Juggling too many things at once can cause you to drop everything 🤷♂️
Not for everyone. If you can't juggle two things then do one.
I've definitely just fallen into this trap over the past few month. Focusing on just one now finally and it's wayyyy better!

Yes Erika! This guy comes across as a nice guy. But what he doesn’t say is that most of his income comes from RUclips. He at 24 years old makes a living in RUclips telling people how to make money on other things which he really hasn’t done. ☹️

This is a Great video, Everyone needs more than there basic salary to be financially secured. The best thing to do with your money is to invest. Money left in savings always end up used with no returns ..
I think the pandemic has taught people the importance of multiple stream of income, unfortunately having a job doesn't mean financial freedom or security

Having multiple sources of income is huge from a 'peace-of-mind' perspective. I own a travel company and our revenue went to zero from March '20 May '21 - If that had been my only source of income, I would have been more freaked out. But as travel rebounds, I get to ride that wave, when some of my other investments (I'm looking at you growth stocks!) might pullback in an inflationary environment.

I watched a video you did 2 years 11 income sources and wow what a changed you’ve matured so much
The video would be even more beneficial if you added sections in the video for each income stream, such that it is easy to get an overview of them :)
The real money maker for Nate is RUclips. The rest is just where he plows all the RUclips money he makes. ☹️
I now have over 1200 videos uploaded. I am always surprised by what becomes popular. I have had several videos go past the one million view mark. You did a good job explaining some paths of income. Usually my income streams come as a surprise. I try not to put up a lot of affiliate links. I do usually have links to other RUclips videos when I post a RUclips video.
