I made 2 videos like this in the past, and since then I’ve dropped some income sources as well as picked up a few new ones :) Overall, this past year has been really educational and there are lots of new things I am doing now. If you’ve seen the old video, I think you will still gain a lot of new insight in this one. Hey Charlie! Your videos are super helpful, giving a succinct and quick summary of opportunities, and I really appreciate all the effort you put in. If I may suggest, to make a note that some of the products aren't available outside US. E.g. I installed Webull app and did all the data entry but in the end it said they can't onboard non-US individuals. Other than that, it's great that you try to give our a lot of free stuff to encourage people!
I was focusing less on what you were saying and more on the several brands you dropped - those are the real money makers. The real takeaway from this for me was Build a personal brand so strong that it will get you a follow base strong enough to get big companies to pay you to drop their brand names. That is where the real money is. I always look at what you do more than what you’re actually saying, because there’s always hints. For example, I also noticed the consistency of your videos in regards to minimalism so that there are little to no distractions and its easy on the eyes. I love it, great job! Keep the videos coming so I can dissect and learn. I have a background in marketing, advertising, sales & psychology so I can’t help myself. Lol!

I just found your videos and you're so inspiring! I just turned 30 and have felt so rejected after dropping out of nursing school. I have been denied by so many jobs and I have grown bitter towards my current job where I am working to build someone else wealth. I decided to get my real estate license and now I am working towards getting my loan originator license and just scheduled my exam! I'm happy I found your page it was the little boost I needed to ensure I was going down the right path.

People lose money because bad planning, there are larger businesses and investors. Really hard to go beyond there. Glad you can be reached. And be upfront.

Hey Charlie I would like to know about much you pay in taxes if that's cool with you. You only show how much you make, but what is your net profit after taxes and do you have to pay annual taxes?

What kind of cameras and equipment do you suggest?
A jack of all trades is a master of none. It's great to try stuff out, but some streams certainly have a greater ROI and logically should have much more time spent on them. Fortunately for you, many of them tie together in a passive manner (coaching, RUclips Adsense, affiliate marketing).
My streams of income from greatest to least: Software licensing, regular 9-5, rental income, dividends from investments, applying for awards for my research contributions. I coach/mentor through a financial course for free.
Explain the software licensing, how do you get into that, have to be a developer?
Charlie can read my mind somehow... I always got a question in mind and next thing I see is a video answering all my concerns lol. I really want to start up a vending machine business and have a turo fleet, maybe a car wash and laundromat business too but all I hear millionaires say is- One shouldn't trade his time for money but rather chase assets that build up passive income! Anyways I hope to all reading this- we hit our financial goals and leave generational wealth for our families!
Thank you - the thing is most people will have to trade their time for money at the start. I know I did. You use that capital and cash flow to invest in other businesses or investments that can create passive income. But for most people I recommend trading time for money in a high value pay skill first!

Service based businesses are where it's at - almost zero upfront costs

Maybe you just picked the wrong degree. There's entrepreneur majors. Or meet school taught you lessons that equate to your success in these streams. At least you have a never outdating fallback. Pandemic essential.

Bull market riches are reserved for the investors who continue to buy stocks (individual, funds or ETFs) even while the market is collapsing around them. Being able to ignore the doomsday pessimism around the markets & not lose your sh*t is a pre-req to those future fortunes.
