I am a millennial not sure why people are so harsh when it comes to this show, it was a different time they used what they had, the brunette lady is stunning though. generations from now people will critique our shows like this and most likely say the same thing, just watch and enjoy the era that you are in.
I really didn't know John Saxon could act until I saw him in this episode of Wonder Woman. Of course I will always remember him as Roper in Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon. But chop socky films rarely show how good of an actor one really is. In this episode he showed us just a little more of his acting ability.
Saxon was great in just about anything. Same with Carolyn Jones.

I think I remember watching this episode specifically when the Sci Fi channel used to show reruns in the early 90s.
I can not forget Yvonne Graig as Bat girl and the green alien woman on Star Trek and Eartha Kitt as the Black cat woman.. Elizabeth Montgomery known as Samantha. Barbara Edin as Jeannie.

Lindsay Wagner known as the original bionic woman and not that ripoff version which aired several years ago, starring a British actor. Angie Dickerson as Sgt Pepper. Teresa Graves as Detective Christie Love etc.

Caroline Jones was also on Batman. A bunch of new comers and up coming stars were on tv shows like Star Trek, The Twilight Zone, Batman, Laugh In, The Wild Wild West, Bonanza. Then you have the well known huge movie stars that made a guest appearances. Example Batman, Jerry Lewis , Sammy Davis Jr , Ted Cassidy!! Carolyn Jones was young when she passed away in 1983. Most of the stars we each grew up with and admiring on television is gone. Very few is alive while some left Hollywood for good never to look back. Very few former United States presidents is still living. Jimmy Carter is the oldest living president. Barack Obama is probably the second youngest president besides John F Kennedy. Speaking of Mr Barack Obama. Don't you miss his speeches and the way how he speaks and articulate his words unlike Donald Trump and Joe Biden, Kamila Harris.

Yes, it does seem to have all the markings of the Colt 1911. Somebody probably made an error in the props department.
It was television. Time and money didn't allow for such details. The studios didn't care. This show was considered to expensive enough for television. The budget problems came with "The New Adventures of Wonder Woman" when 11 hours doubled to 22, but the budget remained the same.
Those amazons used to be too peaceful and could easily be defeated by any man once they were far from being fierce warriors. It didn't matter then. Their main focus on the tv show used to be Lynda Carter dressed as Wonder Woman.

You are correct. in this series there was no nubia. There was a Wonder Woman TV pilot made in 2011 with Adrianne Palicki starring as Wonder Woman, but the network did not pick up the series. The pilot remains unfinished with many CGI shots missing.

Who is Nubia?
Nubia existed in the comics concurrent to the seriesand was originally planned to appear. This is evidenced by her inclusion in the Mego Wonder Woman TV dolls. For whatever reason she never made it to the small screen.
