- Diana Prince (Lynda Carter) looking very attractive in a pair of tight slacks and a button down blouse, enters her apartment and is attacked by two Skrill (Aliens) twin women. She fights them off, and then the Sardor (alien creature) brakes down her door and grabs her. She is knocked out by an aliens' (Vincent Van Patten) hand laser weapon. Andros (Dack Rambo) comes to rescue her, and revives her. Stuntwoman Jeannie Epper can be seen in some of the action scenes. This two parter are among my all time favorite episodes of WW. I was creeped out by this two parter when it originally aired on CBS when I was a 6 year old little boy!
Too bad the Zordar didn't get that rough with Wonder Woman in Part II.
For me the best Diana Prince KO scene was in The Deadly Toys where she got tagged by the toy butterflies; as WW, the scene where Baroness Von Gunther stands over her after she got gassed.

I always wondered how the Zardor grabbed Diana (1:45) with his front to her back and immediately after, is face to face. Possible explanations: 1) Zardor wanted to look down her shirt and grab her butt and has the strength to twirl her around in less than a second. 2) Diana tried to immediately spin into Wonder Wonder, but Zardor stopped her after a half spin.

The stunt doubles are so bad it's a debacle the fight scene not like the fight between Diana and Gloria which was almost no stunt doubles and one of the best fights of any seasons. Thank goodness Andros turned up when he did he should've zapped one of the scrill as a warning he meant business.

I wonder if the article I saw back then was true that in episode 1 wonder woman was supposed to be defeated by zardor but lynda carter didnt want ww to be defeated. Ugh would have been great seeing a powerful villain do that cause with 3 seasons only zardor and gargantua was strong enough to give her a beating.

The alien shapeshifter couldn't defeat Wonder Woman. She had him pinned to his pyramid. The Zardor is no different.
Though the Skrill found out Diana Prince is Wonder Woman before they attacked her in her apartment, she was lucky that they didn't decide to reveal her secret to the world or they would've ended her life outside the costume.

This episode creeped me out as a kid. Still works well enough with the Sardor smashing things to appease his owner, Darth Vader, but the stunt doubles for that fight are horribly obvious. Specialized dandy blonde hair becomes gray mops in distance action shots.
Yes, cheap Darth Vader. In their defense, they probably never expected the series to be remastered in HD, back in the 70's. People were using tube TV's back then with rabbit ears for reception.

Another missed chance in the TV series- seeing Wonder Woman getting physically knocked out (ie: a sudden sucker punch, getting pistol whipped from behind) during a fight; the closest was when Gargantua nailed her in a bearhug, but she didn't black out.
Oh yeah, that would have been so great! She got Koed by blows to the head in the comics quite often.

Too bad that Wonder Woman didn't pick up the gloved weapon she removed from one of the Skrill while fighting 2 of them in her apartment while they possessed the bodies of identical twins. She could've used it against them and the Zardor while in her Diana prince identity and wouldn't have been caught in a bear hug and struggling to get free while she was vulnerable. She was also lucky that they didn't think of exposing her secret identity to the whole world.
