Every time I hear that Wonder Woman theme I’m a kid again. Lynda Carter was absolutely gorgeous back then, and she still is now. In my eyes she will always be Wonder Woman.
She is the OG original but Miss Gadot ain’t playing! This comes from a hardcore WonderWoman fan. Don’t dismiss Gal Gadot as she is doing it. I have yet to see her do the change twirl. Not sure that I could handle it.

Not just any beautiful, skilled actress could play Wonder Woman. It took an athletic dancer like Lynda to bring graceful physicality to the role. She was perfection!

When I think of the cast, they were quite formidable actors in their own right. Lyle Waggoner was so underrated. Lynda Carter was the reason for the show lasting like it did. Yes, Debra Winger went on to a great movie role or two. Cloris Leachman was quite a talent.

Wow. I watched this live when it aired. I have to say, some of these stunts were pretty legit for the time. You can tell they actually spent the time to try and pull it off.
I swear this low budget ABC Tv Movie is better than both of those big budget feature films that ruined the character of WW put a sword in her hand made her ultra violent and changed the storyline from WW II to WW I. thanks for this great compilation clip

Debra Winger was a pale imitation. I marvel at how Lynda Carter could spin around and never appear to stumble or be dizzy. Debra Winger on the other hand appeared to not have a good spin and would kind of step out of it awkwardly. Debra was talented as an actor and certainly beautiful, but never seemed to fit as a junior Wonder Woman. Lynda Carter is one of a kind.
Debra Winger was perfect as Wonder Girl.. I think she was supposed to be a bit awkward and trying to measure up to her big sister.. I loved her performance.
