- Wonder Woman (Lynda Carter) is first seen doing high jumps and running to avoid obstacles. Next, she saves a doctor from an attack by a alien. Then, she addresses the UN with Andros, and looks very sexy siting at a table. She battles the Skrill (Evil Aliens) at the UN. She interrogates the Skrill captive again, with her lasso of truth. This show was dynamic It had action and a great cast and guest stars watched this all the time
This episode had some great moments along with hokey ones. Yet I still return to it. WW has had better episodes but it's had worse. Not sure why either ABC or CBS threw in space aliens, but it did make a change of pace from the usual tropes and not completely in bad ways. Thank you for posting these vignettes as they rekindle interest. :)
You're welcome! CBS was probably looking to cash in on the popularity of a new film in the sci-fi genre called "Star Wars". Indeed, it was in this episode they put the series stunt coordinator behind the mask of the space creature I've always called "Cheap Darth Vader". :-)
Understand that when WW was first on ABC, it was set during WWII. After ABC cancelled it (not for low ratings), CBS scouped it up and advanced the timeframe to current day. The ABC version first had the character Andros (i.e. an alien) who was played by a much older man (Tim O'Connor). CBS brought him back but in a much younger (& handsomer) version played by Dack Rambo. They did this for him to be a romantic interest for WW. Unfortunately, Dack passed away from AIDS in 1994, but we WW fans will always remember him. His silver suit rocked!!

Those jumping sound effects are killing me 🤣 Still loved watching this show as child even though it was 20+ years after it originally aired.
An interesting two part episode. Lynda wore that outfit so well. Her legs were gorgeous in suntan pantyhose, beautiful look how they would shine.
Note: That fountain she jumps over is the same one they used on Friends. It was on the back lot at the Warner Brothers Burbank Studio, across the street from where the facade they used for Diana Prince's apartment used to be.
You gotta love the dymanic action: run, stop, jump, stop, run again, stop, jump again, stop...
She could have just walked around the car and the fountain.

Seriously, repeating this show is truly like a high end 70s x rated movie, without the sex and (sadly?) the nudity. The acting, writing, editing, and choreography are hilarious in a good way. In the show maker's defense, they knew it was cheesy.

I had to review the original episode on this. I thought I might have pulled an Urkel. "Did I do that?" during my editing. Nope, it wasn't me. It was shot that way. Maybe the balcony is invisible, like her plane? Just kidding. :-)

That jump through the glass looks very phoney.
The better question is why she felt she had to jump up to the roof and then down through the skylight rather than just running into the building to get to the room. Also, what laboratory has a huge skylight in the roof?

I believe the answer is no. Usually just after the fact.
@@WonderWomanTVHD I can't remember a scene where you see her changing back into Diana. The usual scene is Wonder Woman runs off and then you see Diana coming in claiming to not know what just happened.

Bad edit where the jumps from the balcony but it cuts to her jumping out of a window. And while I like the jump over the fountain, she prob could have just run around it in less time.
