      I noticed this too on his titles. I think though it may be a mistranslation as I think he is japanese. I think he means a trashed instrument not that the instrument is junk. I was also triggered when he called a lawsuit era tokai strat a junk guitar

      @@GrimYak I was also going to comment this. This user is totally in Japan based on the tools being used. "Junk" is labeled as an official term on second-hand goods here which just means no returns, no warranty. There is usually something broken or cosmetically bad about the item, so its just listed as "Junk" for the buyer to take responsibility for.

      @@GrimYak yea from what i've seen machine translations of what we'd call like used/untested/parts not working/poor condition usually just translates to "junk", like on yahoo auctions

    As a lot of others have already commented , its not a junk guitar - far from it. But a good attempt at click bait.
    Can I suggest that you dont use a wire brush on chrome? Its overkill. Wash it and the polish the imperfections out. The brush just scratches it. Also thoroughly wipe down any good paint work before you start to polish it, otherwise you are just grinding dirt into it. The exact same process applies to cars. Wash the dirt off first. Good video tho and authentic not a fake resto.

    El Squier Musicmaster Vista Series fue una gran reedición del Musicmaster. Posiblemente, mejor que el original USA. La serie Vista se hizo en Japón, excepto los bajos y guitarras Musicmaster, que fueron hechos en China (por Yako). Yo he tenido tres Musicmaster Bass USA. Bastante buenos. Y un Squier Musicmaster Vista Series. Este último es el que conservo.

    I didn't know it had thru-body stringing though, but I guess it makes sense because of the short scale length...
    Anyway...Great work 👍👍👍

    • @NLBassist
      @NLBassist 2 года назад

      That is the original bridge. Like on Fender Musicmasters, but four saddles instead of four. I have the same '97 Squier with the same bridge. The Mustang (similar bridge but even closer to a Music Man Sub, because of the dampers) and Musicmaster were the last Leo Fender designs and that's why you see similar bridges on Music Mans.
