Thanks for doing this. The problem with drugstore sunscreens for me is that they are getting more expensive than some that you can only find at Ulta. For example, the Neutrogena tinted is $20 for 1 ounce. The Cotz tinted minerals are $27 for 2.5 oz. And Kinship Self Reflect is $28 for 1.7. Granted, the drugstore is coming out with nice things lately - multiple shades, etc. But I thought drugstore was supposed to be more accessible and affordable. Everyone needs to wear daily sunscreen and properly reapply, but some of us need more affordable options that don't sting our eyes and faces, but don't leave us looking like a ghost in order to do that. I love your videos!
I was shocked to hear they are supposed to be layered with an untinted one, I am beginning to get very distrustful even derms. I'd really like to see data on specific types of sunscreen, I feel like I'm just being scammed constantly.
@@standdownrobots_ihaveoldglorythey don't need to be layered with a chemical sunscreen. It's just a cosmetic choice to put on a strong sunscreen and then something tinted on top to make the skin look nice
@@standdownrobots_ihaveoldglory I don't bother with SPF 30 sunscreens tinted or otherwise. I just use an SPF 50+ tinted sunscreen (Australian Gold) on my face. I'm very fair and live in Texas, so the SPF 30's aren't going to cut it.
I’ve noticed this as well. I guess because of the demand the go up? But as someone who has sensitive skin and eyes it’s irritating to find one that doesn’t look like white face paint. I usually love Cetaphil so I bought one advertised as "sheer" with high ratings at first glance. When I got home and put it on I literally looked like a clown. The stuff wouldn’t even blend or hide under makeup and I was already late for my date. I know I guess I should have done more research but I guess you can’t trust no ratings up front. Even my white friends don’t want it lol.
Australian Gold is my favorite tinted sunscreen. I think it makes my skin look amazing and feels weightless on me. I love the matte finish. Everything else I try feels so greasy and heavy to me. I wish ALL of the tinted face sunscreens would be SPF 50 rather than 30. Thank you for this video, I found it very educational!
I have oily skin with melasma and I trust this sunscreen with my life! My face looks greasy and bleh with everything else I try. This one keeps my skin so happy. I use Asian sunscreen first and then Australian Gold on top! Perfection
Love my Australian Gold I just wish that the fair shade is easier to find. I wear glasses and it doesn’t transfer or budge. As a charge nurse I don’t have time to babysit or touch up during the day, this is also my “foundation” I no longer even bother with foundation 😂
I don't even have oily skin and most of them feel sooo greasy on me?! I don't understand. Maybe ppl just have a higher tolerance for that then me? But I hate the tacky sticky oily feel that lingers. Also for my the Australian gold is Def at least medium coverage. But does start to feel drying and tightening as the day goes on unless I put a very thick mousturizer on.
Maybe this will be the next one I will try. Drmtlgy is the one I go for the most but would still prefer a little less shine. Just got the new one that agency (my tretinoin) is now offering and it is thinner but a little more greasy so thinking I will save it for colder weather.
Agreed, this has been my fave for a long time, plus it’s much more affordable than most. I want SPF 50 also. I have drier skin, but find a light moisturizer underneath is enough, and makes it a satin finish. I tried a light oil but it didn’t dry down. I mix the two lightest shades. Sadly, being in Canada many of your faves simply aren’t available here…
I love the Australian Gold Botanical. I’m older 65 and it doesn’t settle into lines and works well with or without makeup. I’ve tried so many, but keep coming back to it. Hopefully they won’t change or discontinue it.
Im a big fan of the Australian gold tinted sunscreen. I originally tried the medium shade and it was sheer enough that it looked fine on my face but didn’t match my neck well so I gave it to a friend and got the fair shade. I work 12+ hour shifts in the hospital under intense lights and I have naturally oily skin so pretty much any other sunscreen I’ve tried (even “matte” ones) make me look really shiny. This one is really nice and matte. On days I’m feeling like having a bit less tint and/or more UV coverage I will layer a nontinted sunscreen under. Even the ones that make me look shiny will get mattified by the AG when I layer it on top. It’s also vegan and cruelty free which are two things I try to really stick to with my hair and skincare whenever possible. Between all that and the low cost, I’m really happy with this product!
Same! I’m a very oily gal and AG, and the Cetaphil redness relief SPF 20, have been the only sunscreens I’ve found that don’t make me shiny. I usually use AG first, and then put Cetaphil on top as my “foundation”. Those layered together give medium-ish coverage - just add concealer to cover my dark circles, powder to set, and I’m good to go.
Love the natural light! The background is a little dark now, but you can do so much with that! Pops of color, a beautiful big vase, flowers, plants, a painting, a colored little light… I’m sure you’ll have fun with it (not necessary whatsoever, just fun if you want to)!
I've been loyal to the Australian Gold sunscreen for years! I would say my skin is normal so it is perfect in warmer months. In the colder months if I'm mindful with making sure my skin care is hydrating underneath, I don't run into any issues. For the amount of product and price, I haven't felt the need to try anything else.
I've been wearing the Australian Gold the whole summer. I wore it to the beach everyday on my vacation. With the sweat and humidity (I live in Indonesia), it looks very natural at the end of the day on my oily skin. I was really pleasantly surprised. I still wear it everyday to work, so I don't have to wear makeup
What shade did you get and whats your skin type? Its also very humid where I'm from (Philippines) and my skin can be a bit dry so I'm wondering if Australian Gold would work for me
The Australian Gold is my GO TO for summer! It wears like iron… We have horses and are at horse shows and I don’t have to worry about it coming off in the heat. It is awesome to before I airbrush my makeup!
My issue with tinted sunscreen is that while brands seem to think they are being more inclusive by making mineral sunscreen more accessible, they are patting themselves on the back for doing the least. Most have tints that are light beige. Beige tint is not 'universal' I need a dark brown tint to be effective. They should make more options for tint colors.
I have tried most of the sunscreens reviewed here, and the Neutrogena sunscreen is currently my favorite. I also mix the light and medium shades to achieve my ideal match. This Neutrogena sunscreen is so good! Prior to the Neutrogena, I was using the Elta MD UV Elements tinted spf 44, but being 54 and postmenopausal, my skin has become extremely sensitive and the Elta UV Elements now makes my face feel itchy and dry! So far the Neutrogena one is working very well for me. Excellent review! ❤
@@viken2890 Maybe not - might be too shiny looking on oily skin. I have since switched to DRMTLGY Physical Tinted Moisturizer SPF 44, which is probably best suited for dry skin types. I have dry, sensitive, reactive skin that is probably due to my past use of Accutane and then made worse by menopause. I used to have oily skin.
I love used the LaRoache Posay Mineral SPF50 untinted under the tinted version. Something about how they layer together makes my skin softly blurred and the white cast left by the untinted neutralizes the warm tone of the tinted one.
Something about the Bliss just sits so good on my skin. It just dries almost airbrushed like. I could do without the smell. I’ve gone through like 20 tubes over the years.
Yes! I completely stopped wearing makeup when I discovered Bliss. I get SO many compliments on my skin now. If they would take out the terrible smell I would have absolutely zero complaints.
I use the Australian Gold as an eye sunscreen/eyeshadow primer for my oily eyelids. Wayyy too drying for the rest of my face though. Love this list! I might finally try the Neutrogena one
I love that you show us in studio lighting and natural lighting. I love these videos where you compare all of these products. You do such a wonderful job!!
I only use Australian Gold when we go to Hawaii and I'm swimming a lot. It stays put for a long time and you have to take it off with a cleansing balm. I'm going to try Biiss in the winter. I wish they were all SPF 50! Great video, Abbey!
Personally, my favorite is the Australian Gold. I have dry/aging skin, but I don't find this drying as long as I use a moisturizer under it and it plays well with my moisturizer...which not every sunscreen does. My big criteria in a sunscreen is SPF 45+ (30 just doesn't cut it for my fair skin living in Texas), a natural/matte finish, reef safe, and a true drugstore price. Once you're getting up to $30 for a sunscreen, it's not drugstore in my book. All that said, I had been thinking about trying the La Roche Posay a while back and this video is making me consider it again.
I actually like the Australian Gold. I think it feels fine on my face for a sunscreen. As always, I wish they had a shade between the light and medium. I think I'm closer to the medium in the summer, but it leans orange imo. Thanks for the great recs!
I'm so glad you made this show down! I wish the winner Neutrogena had more coverage in order to be a makeup replacement. That definitely is what I've been looking for since there is no sunscreen that looks great under foundation - that I'm aware of 😔
I watched Abbey's review for Sunbum before but i'm glad that I still decided to give it a try. It works well for my fair skin, even though I'm not the fairest. Also, Sunbum and MD Solar Science in shade light have become my absolute favorites, and I tried almost all tinted sunscreens. They work best for maturing skin. I'm 41 and they make me look much younger because they hide wrinkles because of dimethicone. While shiny mineral sunscreens highlight and exaggerate wrinkles and make me look my age. I also have just purchased Elta MD Physical. Like the two above mentioned sunscreens it looks most natural on the skin, as if I'm not wearing anything, but it evens out the skin tone and covers my rosacea. I didn't like Elta MD UV Elements as much because the shade was a bit dark for me.
Which eucerin one have you used? They have the sensitive mineral and the age defense out? I've been using the ceravae one but I'm really new to tinted sunscreen and really want to find a good one that can kind of double as a very light foundation you know for those summer days at the beach where you just don't want to put on a whole face of foundation but you still need some kind of coverage. I really like the ceravae one but I'm a combo skin type and I find it a tad oily....ppl speak highly of the Australian gold but I can't find the appropriate shade for my skin in our stores here. I've been intrigued by the eucerin one and it's a good skin brand but I've read many mix reviews
@@tehmaimed do you think the tint is natural? The negative reviews said it was too orange...but they also said that about the ceravae one and that one blends perfectly on me. I'm rather fair but I tan super quick I have a very weird heritage I have a warmer undertone so usually I can get away with things that are warmer. Do you feel like it provides good enough coverage? Do you feel like you have to reapply often to maintain coverage? Looking for my take to the beach tinted spf that doubles as a light foundation
@@AimzP I have a medium neutral skin tone and I think it works fine on my skin. I can see why it would pull more orange on others especially if they’re fair, though. Sometimes, during the summer I actually find the tint to be lighter on me and I get a bit of a white cast. I’m OK with it tho because I find it disappears or blends in throughout the day. The coverage is very sheer like a skin tint, not a foundation. I only apply once and am good with it- if I am out in the sun for too long I don’t use tinted spf to begin with and just go straight for a strong water resistant sunscreen. I do find topping up the spf with a sun stick works well with it though.
@@tehmaimed have you ever tried any of the other ones in this video have you used the CeraVe one or the Cetaphil one? And if you haven't used any of the ones mentioned have you used any other two that you like. I really think I'm going to pick up the eucerin one but I just hope it has the same at least the same coverage as the CeraVe one I do need something that will even out my skin
Love this vid, will have to save it to re-watch later and take some notes! I love Australian Gold in the medium to tan shade and think their formula feels creamier to me this year as opposed to previous years. I do layer it over a spf 100 sunscreen from Walmart & I alternate between using those and Scinic and Bellflower asian sunscreens that are spf 50. ☺👍
Thank you for the information. I'm still looking for my holy grail mineral based face sunscreens and with my dryer skin, it's been a challenge. I've a couple of non-drugstores that I kinda like (Ulta MD and Peter Thomas Roth) but for the drugstore, I purchased Bliss last year and like it, but I 100% agree with you on the lavender fragrance (I can't stand the smell of lavender) - however I found the smell to dissipate quite quickly so I don't smell it all day. I'll check out the Neutrogena one next time I'm at Target :) Thank you!
Love the LaRoche Posay sunscreen for every day, I mixed the mineral, with the tinted one. My favorite was the Australian Gold, but now that I am older it is to drying on my mature skin, I need more moisturizing but don’t like a very dew, greasy shiny look either. I do like the Neutrogena . Great job Abbey. ❤
So happy I found this video! I love the Australian Gold for summer but need something when my skin is dry. I found the Cetaphil Redness Relieving with an SPF 40!!! It is a winner! Thank you so much for this review!
I did not enjoy the Australian gold sunscreen. I love that it’s matte, but it felt heavy and I could always tell it was on. I did like that they had multiple shades. ❤
My favorite is the AG BB tinted sunscreen and the Bliss without the lavender smell could be fabulous however, I'm in my 50 with a little moisture needed so I'm going to try your favorite, the Neutrogena hopefully doesn't look orange or too shiny on me. Thanks for your video very informative.
I can use the Australian Gold only occasionally and with a heavy duty moisturizer underneath. I save it for those times when I’m going to be outdoors near or in water. In that case, I use it as my foundation.
I've gotten several complements on my skin since using the Cetaphil redness relieving moisturizer! Found it in spf 40 at Walgreens. Thank you for the recommendation!
Cetaphil may only have 20 spf but at the beach I had it on my face and my entire body was burnt slap up while my face was untouched. It’s fantastic! Better than other sunscreens!
Thank you for doing this video! The subject matter was right up my alley. 😊 I used to use the Australian Gold tinted sunscreen when it was only available in one shade (light) and I loved it. As long as I used a moisturizer under it, it was great - wore all day and served as my foundation. As soon as I hit menopause and my skin became drier, I couldn't wear it anymore. It felt so dry, almost like my face was shrink-wrapped! I tried the Neutrogena one in "light" but for some reason, it made my face itch, and I couldn't wash it off quickly enough. Sadly, I tossed it. 😢
I found Cetaphil through Shelby Wilson, and have never looked back. This and some mascara, and you’re good to go for a natural look. I’m going to pick up that Neutrogena to try. Thank you!
I agree with your top choice. I’m fair and it’s the only tinted one that doesn’t make me look like an Oompa Loompa. The lightest shade always seems to be out of stock at Target when I’m out so now I try to buy a few at a time. I hope they never discontinue this.
Have you tried the Hero Cosmetics Force Shield Superbeam? It is amazing…light water like texture, can’t feel it on my skin and it’s mineral. I normally stay away from any glowy products but this one is subtle and works great under makeup or with a light dust of SPF powder on its own! It is amazing
Ah nice that there’s some cool toned ones. I’m fair and cool toned and every tint I’ve tried is just orange. They’re so dark, I guess they think the regular white cast is okay for pale and tinted ones are made for darker skin. Def going to try!
I was happy to see your #1 pick because I recently ordered it even though I was on the fence about it due to some people saying it caused breakouts. Hopefully it doesn’t 🤞. I enjoyed your video.
Just a note that the SPF number on the label doesn't tell the full story. The SPF 50 Australian Gold one has active ingredients of 4% titanium dioxide and 4% zinc oxide. But if you look at the SPF 20 Cetaphil one you'll see the active ingredients are 10.1% titanium dioxide and 7.8% zinc oxide...far higher! If anyone can explain why having half the percentage of active ingredients can somehow lead to a far higher SPF, please let me know. I suppose the inactive ingredients could have somewhat of an influence, but I feel very skeptical knowing that sunscreen SPFs are known to be unreliable.
I was thinking the same thing! I knew something was different right away, and when she mentioned she moved to natural light I realized that's what it is.
Thank you for all of your great content! I have some video topic ideas that I don't see anyone doing, but I'd love to see: rating sunscreens based on how fast and how much they dry down (for those of us that wear glasses - you know what I'm talking about!), using one mineral sunscreen to start the day but then reapplying with a different mineral sunscreen later (say if you have one you like to start the day with and one to keep in your bag), trying different setting sprays over mineral sunscreens, and definitely more videos about tinted sunscreen and foundation pairings.
YES!! Like the lighting! Its more an "alive" vibe compared to the same ol. Love you Abby. Thanks for all the reviews. Helps so much! Still prefer Korean sunscreen. Especially for the price!
I've been using the Australian Gold tinted sunscreen for a while now, but it is a bit too drying for me in the winter. I usually use the lightest shade as the base and the tan one as kind of a bronzer. It's one of the only tinted sunscreens that I've found doesn't look chalky on my skin. I'm hoping the neutrogena one will work for me during the winter. Thank you for the video!
Two of the best I've ever used-Paula's choice wrinkle defense and skin1004 Centella tinted SPF. I wish pc was cheaper but it's just so good. It's just hard to find pale friendly SPF. It's always orange
Same here. PC is the best I've found. But very drying If you don't layer it under a thick moisturizer which is fine. Or thick heavy non tinted spf is my fave. It will matiffy but not dry w that combo. I have very fair skin and even the PC gives me a little glow. I love it.
I've been using the Neutrogena all summer. I have pretty light skin but find the medium shade works better for me (no, I don't tan for the obvious reason). Unlike you Abbey, as much as I do love it, I do have a couple of issues with it. 1. It's MESSY! The tube gets covered with product and unless it's left upside down and the cap TIGHT, it will leak. It's also ends up all over my vanity and other makeup products. 2. The size of the tube is WAY too small! If you're using it every day-which you should, and using it as your foundation, which I do, it doesn't last very long. I had been going to try to switch it up and try something else but I do love it and now with it being you're favorite, I think I'll keep using and hope for the best. I cannot seem to find a foundation that doesn't streak or look like I powdered my face and tinted sunscreen does the trick! I used No 7 Skin Perfector for the longest time but they stopped making it not long ago, that was the only other thing that didn't get cakey on me. The natural light is great, I really like it, good choice! Thanks, have a great day!
You must review Dr. Jart’s premium BB tinted moisturizer with spf 40!! This lays better than my dior foundation and covers everything up so nicely! I’m just about to repurchase too which never happens. 😅
I ❤️ Love the Neutrogena too! I use ALL 3 shades. The lightest one all over my face, the medium tone on my neck, and then I “contour “ my forehead, nose, cheeks AND double chin with the dark shade. It looks amazing. If I need more coverage I use the Maybelline Rewind Concealer around my eyes, nose and cheeks (and everywhere there’s a shadow or imperfection). The concealer really brightens up my face! The Australian Gold is super drying and I feel it on my face. Unfortunately, I can’t wait to wash most mineral sunscreens OFF my face! Yuk! But I don’t feel the Neutrogena ones at all. And it doesn’t sting my eyes. ALSO love the tinted mineral one by DRMTLGY SPF 46. It’s slightly more coverage than the Neutrogena, but only comes in one shade (similar to the Neutrogena “medium” shade). So I also mix these two.
YES. I'm so glad someone else found out how awesome this Neutrogena tinted sunscreen is! Personally, not a huge fan of Sunbum- their formulas consistently irritate my skin to the MAX. Glad you found the same love for the Neutrogena one that I did, Abbey!
I love the natural lighting and this color blue looks amazing on you! Also, cannot believe that bliss sunscreen says it’s fragrance free, the smell of that product is horrific.
Would you consider any/all of these a moisturizer as well? The reason I love the DRMTLGY sunscreen is because it’s also a moisturizer so I feel like I’m getting 2 products in one 🥰
This came at the perfect time! I'm just running out of my tinted sunscreen. Have you tried the Paula's choice wrinkle resist matte tinted sunscreen? It's my favorite but it's kind of expensive (although the la roche posay one You mentioned costs the same).
I wanted to love the Australian Gold so much, but I had the same experience. Feels really lovely going on, but starts to get tight and uncomfortable with time. It's such a shame!
YES YES YES! I needed this video so bad! I just love how detailed you are in describing the products. I’m able to find the one I’ll love even though we have very different skin types❤️
I love your sunscreen videos. You are the one who turned me on to Asian sunscreens for which I will be eternally grateful! I enjoyed this video but had one comment about the LaRoche Posay sunscreen. Since it has only titanium dioxide for sun protection, it only blocks 10% of the UVA spectrum. UVA rays cause aging and skin cancer. This one should have come in last place.
I started with Cetaphil spf - I’m fair and it was orange on me and not good for my oily skin. Then I went to Australian Gold and love that for oily skin and love the pore blurring. It’s a bit dark but workable. Then went to Bliss. I love the texture, the dry down, the price. I don’t like the smell and I overlook it. However I’ve just been diagnosed with rosacea so I may need to stop using Bliss bc if the lavender. The fact that you are my Go To Mascara girl ( love the Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof Curved wand) like you 😊 - and your skin is oily as mine and you’re fair - I may have to try the Neutrogena !!!! Good price and company and love drug store for convenience it’s probably available everywhere !! Thanks so much ❤❤ love your channel !!!
I love this video and the natural light! Thank you! I have tried a number of these and my favorite is The Australian gold tinted. I'm 47 and I have very oily skin. I like the fact that it's drying and absorbs the oils beautifully throughout the day and I don't have to use foundation with it as long as I set it with Powder.I love the Matte finish because it doesn't accentuate fine lines and texture. It's a little too drying for me in the winter so I wear the sun bum tinted which I also love. That 1 doubles as both sunscreen and moisturizer for me and I also set it with powder to give more coverage. It's very blurring I love how these are both waterproof and smudge proof. I'm curious to try the cetaphil now.
I've tried the Australian Gold and it felt dry and tight. I've also tried the Cerave and it doesn't seem to dry down and stays wet. I need something in between!
I love the new setup ❤ my only suggestion would be to decorate a bit more behind you. But of course that is a personal opinion you may be perfectly happy with it 😊 Love this video always looking for a good drugstore sunscreen
I’m glad you get to the point and let us know what does and doesn’t have fragrance. For some reason I was under the impression that La Roche Posay was fragrant free after there was a lot of praise and hype about this product being non-irritating. Some of us can’t even handle the fragrances even if there’s little.
VERY oily here...I use Differin or Australian Botanicals ...sometimes 2 on face( same ingredients one more moisturizing on sides of face..those on T zone...ONLY ones . Differin is completely matt like a primer🎉🎉🎉 And I am an old GLAM MA Godspeed Dee
I'm happy you did a video like this because I get overwhelmed with all the sunscreen options and what has beneficial sun protection and what doesn't. I was using Paula's Choice and love it but if some would make my skin look better, have good protection, and skin loving ingredients - I'm on board.
I use the sun bum tinted religiously, I love the silicony feel of it and the color is perfect for me. The natural finish was the big winner for me though, it made me love sunscreen.
I love the natural light setup! Thanks for trying out so many tinted sunscreens! You give such great product reviews, and having tried many of these, I agree with your thoughts. I've been meaning to try the new neutrogena sunscreen so now I'm even more excited to see how it works for me. Thank you!
I’ve used the Australian Gold for years. It pulls a little yellow on me. I have a pretty neutral skin tone. The tiniest bit of purple corrector mixed in before application does the trick. ..Oh, I sometimes mix in a dab of ‘glow’ too.
I know you technically are not supposed to mix sunscreens, but I use the deep Australian Gold to perfect tinted sunscreen and/or mask untinted mineral sunscreen. It makes the ghost mask less noticeable. Just a tiny amount makes a great difference.
I'm very fair but I have olive-toned skin. Most cool-toned makeup is too pink for me, and most warm tones are too orange. Missha M Perfect BB Cream in No. 21 Light Beige is the best I can find while using a green primer underneath because it's basically gray. Or, I'll mix green primer into my tinted sunscreen. I'm a makeup minimalist (thinly applied tinted moisturizer/spf, blush, and lip tint), but I'd love to see if you'd be able to come up with any options for us olive-toned outliers in any category. Just some food for thought or maybe an idea for a future video. Thank you.
I love that cetaphil "sunscreen"too! But only as a little color on top. Great for acne prone skin. I wonder if the spf20 is a marketing thing because I believe the same formula in the EU is spf30!
I just ordered the Cetaphil one! I'm excited to try it. :) I agree that it would be better if it had a higher SPF, but there are days where I don't go anywhere so I can see wearing this on those days, but also wearing it on top of a 30+ SPF on other days. I may try the Neutrogena one next if I can find a better price for it.
I totally agree drugstore is getting very… not drugstore 😂

I was gonna say the exact same thing girl! Also, I miss her old pink touches in the background, just sayin haha.
Yes!! I’m thinking seasonal decor to keep it festive… just set up for a fall background. You’ll see it go live in a couple weeks 😊
Beige tint is not 'universal'
I need a dark brown tint to be effective. They should make more options for tint colors.
@undefinedbeautylove the R and R sunscreen! Definitely a fave and love that it’s SPF 50!
Couldn't agree more
@undefinedbeautyare you only sold online or also in stores?😊
I feel like R&R is great but shelf life is not great so if using daily great but to use on and of not so great
@@jillk5151 In the past they have been sold at Ulta.
Would u recommend for oily skin
I totally feel that it does sit really nicely!
Yes! I completely stopped wearing makeup when I discovered Bliss. I get SO many compliments on my skin now. If they would take out the terrible smell I would have absolutely zero complaints.
cetaphil redness version now is SPF40!
I use the Australian Gold as an eye sunscreen/eyeshadow primer for my oily eyelids. Wayyy too drying for the rest of my face though. Love this list! I might finally try the Neutrogena one
Great idea, thank you.
Soooo the Cetaphil one comes in SPF 40 now 👀👀👀 if you must know, and you must, I just ordered it on Amazon lol ❤
Australian Gold is my holy grail, great video thanks
The natural light is more flattering and colors are vivid. You made the right move! Thank you for your patient work! ❤
I love the natural light and love even more how cozy feeling the video gives us now 😍
yay so glad you love it!!
I'm loving the natural lighting, and hoping it stays!
Thank god I can’t move it all again 😂
I love that you show us in studio lighting and natural lighting. I love these videos where you compare all of these products. You do such a wonderful job!!
That blue is YOUR color!
Oh, and I love the new setup with natural lighting. Definitely keep it!
Fellow Texan here, and I love the LRP as well as the Australian Gold. You won't regret trying it, especially if you want a different texture option.
I actually like the Australian Gold. I think it feels fine on my face for a sunscreen. As always, I wish they had a shade between the light and medium. I think I'm closer to the medium in the summer, but it leans orange imo. Thanks for the great recs!
I buy the light and the medium and mix in a little of the medium to get the color I want. Works great!
I tried but I feel like it wasn't coming out right. Maybe I just need to play around with it a little more! 😊
I'm so glad you made this show down! I wish the winner Neutrogena had more coverage in order to be a makeup replacement. That definitely is what I've been looking for since there is no sunscreen that looks great under foundation - that I'm aware of 😔
Thank you for including all mineral tints!! 💕
The Eucerin and Neutrogena SPF releases this year are game changers. Never going back to different skin tints!
@@AimzP eucerin tinted mineral sunscreen one! Already repurchased it and it lasts a while too
@@tehmaimed do you think the tint is natural?
I also found the Cetaphil one on Amazon with spf 40, so that's cool!
I love Australia Gold.
I love the neutrogena sunscreen. One of my favs!
Thank you for doing this video! The subject matter was right up my alley. 😊
I used to use the Australian Gold tinted sunscreen when it was only available in one shade (light) and I loved it.
Thank you!
thank you for this!!
Love some of these but cannot get over my Alastin SPF and Colorescience flex :)
The Cetaphil redness relief comes in spf 40 now ❤️
Your hair color looks so much more beautiful in that natural light!
Would love an update on this next summer!!! Or sooner! Seems like there’s been more drugstore tinted SPFs!
I have tried so many and Australian Gold is the one I love the most. It worked best when I had dry skin and oily skin.
I love it.
I love love love the Cetaphil one. Stumbled on it a few months ago. And here in South Africa is SPF30. Yeah!🎉
I'm absolutely IN LOVE with the Cetaphil tinted sunscreen ❤
I bought both the light and medium shades and mix them to get my perfect match
You must review Dr. Jart’s premium BB tinted moisturizer with spf 40!! This lays better than my dior foundation and covers everything up so nicely! I’m just about to repurchase too which never happens. 😅
Love the natural lighting!!!
I love Australian Gold!
Will try both Cetaphil and the Neutrogena sunscreens, Thanks!
The Cetaphil is a moisturizer not advertised as a sunscreen. That's why it is online 20 spf.
I really love the shift in background, much better ❤ The Bliss Blockstar and the SunBum tinted are 2 of my favorites
YES. I'm so glad someone else found out how awesome this Neutrogena tinted sunscreen is! Personally, not a huge fan of Sunbum- their formulas consistently irritate my skin to the MAX. Glad you found the same love for the Neutrogena one that I did, Abbey!
Love your hair in this! It’s making your eyes pop!
Love the natural lighting!
I love the natural lighting and this color blue looks amazing on you! Also, cannot believe that bliss sunscreen says it’s fragrance free, the smell of that product is horrific.
A lot of ingredients have a natural scent, you may just be smelling the real scent of the product.
Thank you so much! I know it smells so bad I'd be so excited if they came out with a fragrance free version!
I haven’t found one I love! I’ve been mixing my cereve facial lightweight spf 30 with the Tula face blurring tinted primer
I wanted to love the Australian Gold so much, but I had the same experience. Feels really lovely going on, but starts to get tight and uncomfortable with time. It's such a shame!
On cooler days I moisturize first; no tightness!
It’s like you read my mind….I was just thinking I needed this exact video the other day! Also yes with the new setup with the windows!
I do like Bliss, but I've heard great things about the Neutrogena and have been wanting to try it for a while.
Always love natural light! Your eyes are extra gorgeous with this lighting! Yes❤🎉
I've tried the Australian Gold and it felt dry and tight. I've also tried the Cerave and it doesn't seem to dry down and stays wet. I need something in between!
Would love to see you try Erborian products🤩 the CC & BB creams are so good! Hair looks beautiful as always 🌻
I love the new setup ❤ my only suggestion would be to decorate a bit more behind you. But of course that is a personal opinion you may be perfectly happy with it 😊 Love this video always looking for a good drugstore sunscreen
The natural light looks so nice!
the cetaphil sunscreen comes in 30spf, or at least here in australia. Also completely non-comedogenic!!
I’m glad you get to the point and let us know what does and doesn’t have fragrance. For some reason I was under the impression that La Roche Posay was fragrant free after there was a lot of praise and hype about this product being non-irritating. Some of us can’t even handle the fragrances even if there’s little.
For winter I love the cerave, it’s perfect for my medium warm skin and the way that blends into the skin it’s amazing 👏🏻
I really like the natural light and new background, I used to love when you would film in your kitchen in your old apartment.
VERY oily here...I use Differin or Australian Botanicals ...sometimes 2 on face( same ingredients one more moisturizing on sides of face..those on T zone...ONLY ones . Differin is completely matt like a primer🎉🎉🎉
And I am an old
GLAM MA
Godspeed

I'm happy you did a video like this because I get overwhelmed with all the sunscreen options and what has beneficial sun protection and what doesn't. I was using Paula's Choice and love it but if some would make my skin look better, have good protection, and skin loving ingredients - I'm on board.
I agree- the options are overwhelming!
ABBEY Cetaphil reformulated the spf 20 to a 40, can’t wait to hear your updated thoughts!
