Dudes, most of the clips that u mentioned as 'never seen' are 'a must watch'. Jackie's best works are his asian movies. Post shaolin movies and pre rush hour. Wheels on Meals, project a 1 and 2, dragons forever, who am i, twin dragons and many more...Jackie's american movies are much 'watered down jackie' due to his age and hollywood's actor n stunts regulation.
The Armour of God and Armour of God 2 Operation Condor were really good. And of course, the original Police Story movies. Rush Hour tossed the Police Story a salute when they called him a Hong Kong Super Cop.
Absolutely. And make sure to watch the Cantonese language, hk versions of those films with their much better original scores. Not the horrible American tampered with versions where thry added cheap n nasty generic music in place his awesome original music cues abd end credit three songs. Avoid the American versions like the plague. That includes rumble in the bronx, which was cut down in length, redubbed and rescored. First strike and Mr nice guy, two lousy movies by Jackie's previous standards also were cut redubbed and rescored, so make sure to watch the HK versions.
Sir Caco No. they’re correct he was amazing. He’s no longer in his prime a lot of the things he do now is replaced with stunt man. He’s old now accept that fact. He’s still a legend don’t get me wrong.
4:38 He missed the tree, fell and got a nasty head injury. But comes back to finish it. If I'm right, that shot was the second time he did the stunt after he recovered from his injuries. It shows the fall in the outtakes. He pretty much puts those stunt scene outtakes in all of his films to encourage people not to do what he did. XD
Jackie's hollywood movies are shit comparing to his Hongkong stuff. Might be inconvience to read the subtitle, but the action is beautiful for your eyes. and the stational camera shows you every bit of the action.
Owen Bunny true, so many amazing Asian movies out there that people do not know about , even fans do not know about his best work he did in Chinese movies
Fun fact. 1.Want to be a singer when he grown up. 2.Hobby..sing. 3. If he can turn back time, he want to be a singer. And he actually a good singer. Jacky said : In him next life (according to chinese culture) he want to be a singer.
I can't believe I haven't seen all his movies yet. Jackie Chan for me since day 1, amazing martial arts to, amazing stuntman, amazing! There needs to be an award that is only for Jackie Chan, is there a such thing???
the car in the alley scene (Police Story 2), same move in Rush Hour 3 also but the difference is the cut scenes. Police Story does the scene in a wide angle while Rush Hour 3 does it in many different angles.
You should watch the whole clips. alot of the clips that ended up in a movie ended in pain. When hes running from the tribal guys, jumping on a tree over a wall, he actually hurt himself very bad there. He broke an arm, a leg and some other bones.
Every movie has a sound effects team that comes and adds sounds to otherwise silent scenes. The sounds you're hearing are called "foley" and they aren't always the same objects that were originally used in the scene. A lot of sounds that we hear in movies are actually added after the film has been shot. It's a pretty interesting line of work! Here's a link if you wanna check it out! ruclips.net/video/UO3N_PRIgX0/видео.html Aside from that, nice video! Glad to see he's getting recognition. :D
Guys if you are in to martial arts you should react to Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon with Michelle Yeoh. it’s s a classic and legendary martial art movie and react to the second one as well. It’s called Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon: The Green Destiny Where Donnie Yen also is in the movie, and i know your like him too
Every parkour scene he did it by himself, because Hongkong didn't have any computer tech to help them doing it so every scene he have to do it by himself and the crew
He had a lot of accident, i think one of which gave him a whole in his head. One of the very few that does his own stunt and actually gets injured. There will never be another Jackie Chan. Maybe i need to collect his movies
Yes, he does have a hole in the back of his head from a serious stunt mishap whilst filming _Armour of God_ in the mid-1980s. That same fall also fractured his skull and left him almost totally deaf in one ear. He was very nearly killed.
This was a pure joy to see you guys reactions to my hero and martial arts star mr Jackie Chan and you guys are right.Bruce was great but Jackie is better. Its just an opinion and of course some Bruce Lee fans will be upset but who cares right? Some people like Jackie more and some like Bruce more.Personaly i am a fan of them both. Its just as simple as that.Peace.
Orion Jimmy I was wondering about that too. I couldn't come to a closure on it. Jackie worked as a stunt man for Bruce. Bruce opened the gates for guys like Jackie but of course, Bruce wasn't merely the right guy at the right time he was a frigging animal in martial arts. I think Jackie thought he couldn't compare to the legend and did things his way and ended up putting loads of things Bruce didn't. By not trying to walk the same path Bruce did Jackie became a legend himself. Now, who's more skilled? I have no idea and yes, I love them both.
he's your "favorite guy" but you haven't seen half of his movies? _.. plus half of the stunts are done multiple times until they come off right_ _.. and his films are famous for having outtakes at the end, where stunts went wrong_
I think the sound that your hear is him making it with mouth, not with hands (by punching someone), I think it’s his breathing because it’s very important to control your breathing, if you do it properly, your body will have more “power” to fight or do other physical stuff. This is only my opinion, I don’t know if I am 100 % right.
Edwin Li, I believe they are using rags for the sound effects, but they are meant replicate the sound of hissing exhale that is common to use when striking.
4:40 Jackie almost died the second time he shot the scene his skull was cracked and he lost his hearing in his right ear when he hit his head on a rock thank God he is not disabled
Jackie Chan became big in hollywood well after his prime... (as did Donnie Yen)...when people talk about Jackie Chan and talk aboitvthe Rush Hour movies, they really havent seen him in action!
Rumble in the Bronx pass his prime.. you should watch from Police Story where he start adjusting the camera speed to make his movies more entertaining plus the stunts are crazy ... Project A and the squeal are also my favorite
For someone who was in his early forties at the time of filming _Rumble in the Bronx_ he was still able to do some amazing action in that film. Just look at that cartwheel that he does when that man threatens the little boy - not only does he pick up that gun whilst his hands are on the floor but he lands perfectly on that settee to point the gun at the bad guy’s head as he comes out of the bedroom, and all of that action is in one shot!
The striking sound effect you are referring to is made from a large paper fan. When it is open and snapped shut with a flick of the wrist it makes that sound.
no offense but u can;t say u have been watching him forever if u dont know half of the movie guys but can u pls stop talking about rush hour ? those are not his real movie - those are hollywood stuff go watch this original stuff b4 hollywood .. n dont watch dub .. watch in original language w subtitles n have fun i am a fan of JC too
you sound like dictator..your like one of those hardcore anime fans who hate people watching anime on English dubs and dictates whats best for them on experiencing a certain type of content...let them what they want geez...
And no stunt double. He's bold, amazing, and a goddamn artist. A martial artist and master of stunts. He's been injured countless times and still does amazing feats
1:30 I use to do that all the time when i was like 5-6 on my cousin's hallway when we play hide n seek. I can no longer do that cuz my fatass has grown
You should react to Jackie Chan injuries while he was making his movies: ruclips.net/video/ufHXAn2aGVw/видео.html (He almost died in every movie production)
3 Daqat - Abu Ft. Yousra ثلاث دقات - أبو و يسرا: ruclips.net/video/ejvpVhvKesM/видео.html. The is the most famous Arabian song for 2017 ... you have to make reactions of these not for the worst
Yeah, Jackie Chan does some cool shit. He also about kills himself in the process. Broken brow bone that nearly caused blindness Skull fracture behind his left ear that caved in and cause bleeding on his brain which required surgery Damage to his cervical spine that nearly left him paralyzed Damage to his tail bone that caused temporary paralysis Damage to his thigh muscles and bone from getting wedged between two cars Dislocated shoulder and torn ligaments from getting hit by a HELICOPTER Severe burns on his legs, ass, and back from falling onto hot coals Severe burns on most of his body by electrocution. Dislocated hip nearly causing paralysis That's a mere fraction of the list. Honestly, I'm surprised he's still alive. He's tough, I'll give him that.
Hi guys. You are cool. Listen up.. his American movies are 10% or less of his true capabilities.. they really made rush hour all comedy. Watch drunken master.. it’s a classic.. (a bit old but stay with it.. the skills get more and more ridiculous).. then you can watch drunken master 2.. which has an amazing final fight scene where the bad guy was jackies real life body guard
for Action Movie Jackie Chan is my Favorite because all of it from the movie, behind the scene all of them, and i respect him so much because he do it all by own stunts
The reason why Asians scoff at Jackie Chan movies is because his stunts are nothing compared to his classic Chinese movies such as Armor of God, Project A or Police Story. Now you all get to see for yourself. Virtually every Asian knows that his best movies were made in the 80s and 90s when he was much younger and agile
my younger cousin was a really big fan Jackie Chan I'm a really big fan of Bruce Lee but I like Jackie Chan 2 I watched a lot of fighting movies when I work for you that's all I watchd all the little kids were watching Barney or cartoons I was watching Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee
Notice how his most crazy stunts are from his Asian films. The American studios would constantly say no to his stunts and shot down his ideas because they were too crazy, insurance and whatnot. They don’t give a fuck in Asia lol
To be fair even Jackie admitted all these stunts were very easy:
"Camera-roll, action, jump, hospital"
Dudes, most of the clips that u mentioned as 'never seen' are 'a must watch'. Jackie's best works are his asian movies. Post shaolin movies and pre rush hour. Jackie Chan is so nice. had the opportunity to meet him in my own city where I live, when he filmed movie Chinese Zodiac
valdis that make me envy
I remember that movie it’s awesome
send me his autograph for free ty
You guys are talking about him like he's not around anymore X) he wasn't amazing, he still IS!
Sir Caco No. they’re correct he was amazing. He’s no longer in his prime a lot of the things he do now is replaced with stunt man. He’s old now accept that fact. He’s still a legend don’t get me wrong.
Sir Caco surely they meant he was good in past movies
Good video guys. Jackie is the man. Bruce Lee personally picked him to be his stunt double.
Greatest of all time - also yuen Biao and Sammo hung (his two peaking opera school brothers)
4:38 He missed the tree, fell and got a nasty head injury. But comes back to finish it. If I'm right, that shot was the second time he did the stunt after he recovered from his injuries. Owen Bunny true, so many amazing Asian movies out there that people do not know about , even fans do not know about his best work he did in Chinese movies
And it's not just Jackie Chan . It's also Jet Li , DonnieYen and other amazing actors
The wall coming down, and finding a spot there not to get crushed is not his idea.
It's from the B&W films, from a genius called Buster Keaton
Old kungfu Movies always exaggerated the punching sound which you mentioned..
Fun fact.
1.Want to be a singer when he grown up.
2.Hobby..sing.
3. If he can turn back time, he want to be a singer.
And he actually a good singer.
Jacky said :
In him next life (according to chinese culture) he want to be a singer.
It's great to see you guys give props to a living legend like Jackie!
You guys missing out man, his Hong Kong movies are the BEST. Way better than US films he did.
Jackie chan does about 99.99% of all his stunts but if he think it’s too dangerous even for him his stunt team does it
You should watch the whole clips. alot of the clips that ended up in a movie ended in pain. When hes running from the tribal guys, jumping on a tree over a wall, he actually hurt himself very bad there. He broke an arm, a leg and some other bones.

Jackie was is an opera performer a singer a actor a stunt man a movie director and a marital artist
You can see a lot of Buster Keaton influences in those scenes.
You must see jackie do stunt using ladder
Michael Jordan of Parkour
That man's a true living legend..
he is really good
Jackie chan is my favourite and funniest actor
At 9:08 you can see his ankle break when he lands.
Yeah you upset many people...haha
The first one was clearly wire work. You two can't see that???????
Jackie Chan also has a brand new movie playing in the theaters, at least I think it's still in theaters. Can't remember the name though.
my childhood hero
\
And doing all those scenes he has broken, bruuishes all over his body from head to toe 💟respect to this men who always tried to show it real 👏👏💗💗💗
Guys if you are in to martial arts you should react to Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon with Michelle Yeoh. it’s s a classic and legendary martial art movie and react to the second one as well. It’s called Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon: The Green Destiny
Where Donnie Yen also is in the movie, and i know your like him too
Jackie and Bruce have spared before and Jackie lost even Jackie said in an interview
Just a recommendation, watch all his drunken master movies. Those movies are the one who gave him more exposure to the west.
master Jackie Chan
Jackie Chan is so amazing
Why is nobody talking about how he ran from a Jaguar at the beginning?!?!
Brucelee also a big legend .
Well in terms of stunts, Jackie Chan would run circles around Bruce lee. Bruce lee was not a stunt man. Jackie chan before he was big was a stunt man
Jackie chan....the best ever
React to Jackie Chan talking about his injuries.
JACKIE IS THE BEST!
So awesome
legend
Legend ever!!
Do more marital arts reaction
haha ur reactions are funny 5:43
You guys are f#$%in hilarious!
airmachine XD
Guys, he made 53 movies even before the 80's! I highly recommend you to watch all of his movies (there is more than a 100)! He's a true legend!
Jackie Chan-------------Parkour Originator
Roland Hüse ain't nobody got time for that.
Over 300 movies
Roland Hüse thats true
Where can I find these chinese Jackie Chan movies?!
Bruce Lee invented MMA
Jackie Chan invented Parkour
MoFarah'sDust agreed
"What par-kor? Oh, you mean my daily trip to the office?" -Jackie Chan
Hypothetically but I love Jackie lol
He's the Father of Parkour!
Every parkour scene he did it by himself, because Hongkong didn't have any computer tech to help them doing it so every scene he have to do it by himself and the crew
no its more he just want to do this because the people should see him and say yeah thats jackie and not a stupid stuntman
I dont think so.
Jackie Chan is legend
And in his younger years he was beast !
Lokesh Bogati still impressive imo i couldn't do the shit he does now
True..
Jackie chan is superhuman..he is superman in real world..
long before parkour and freerunning created, jacky chan already do it.
henki 1986 he invented it. Come on.
Yeh!
Jackie Chan is a legend
This is my childhood. My father used to rent Jackie Chan (and whatever action movies are available) on our Friday movie nights.
Amazing how he can stay humble despite all the things he can do and accomplished. Great respect for a great legend!
He is legend man. In a interview he said he used to do stunt without safety chord.he did't even know what is it before rush hour
Chuck Norris needs people to say jokes about him to make it known that he's great....
Jackie Chan just is.
The medallion movie almost killed jackie chan
He almost die in armour of god.

Dayana Boeva You are right. Breathing methods are focused on the oxygen intake and how you're body uses it to produce ATP etc.
hmm interesting i thought they used rags...but again im not a pro
it is about controling your chi when punching, it gives more power
Edwin Li, I believe they are using rags for the sound effects, but they are meant replicate the sound of hissing exhale that is common to use when striking.
SugarBeth no it's just cheesy 80s action movie sound effects
It's funny that some people still thinking that all the stunts that Jacky did was not real.
Sure they are bro!!! First of all. In theat time not was any computer and camera efect to create theat. Great man
4:40 Jackie almost died the second time he shot the scene his skull was cracked and he lost his hearing in his right ear when he hit his head on a rock thank God he is not disabled

i am a fan of JC too
you sound like dictator..your like one of those hardcore anime fans who hate people watching anime on English dubs and dictates whats best for them on experiencing a certain type of content...let them what they want geez...
Jackie dubbed a lot of his old films so I enjoy the dubbed versions but lol yeah these idiots don't know Jackie they only know the dumb parts lol
Watchtoonz Rex dictating is different from asking and suggesting before they talk like they knew his movies lol
you mean hollywood fluff
Mark Skater stfu you snob
City hunter movie is a lot Fun. 😘
Batman of the china .. only if he rich in the movies 😆😅😅😆
Please do a Jackie Chan blooper reaction video.

Super action hero. God bless#1 Jackie's 😃
Jackie Chan you r the best.god bless you bro.
As long as i konw, it's the real action and never use a stunman. You can searh on in the google.
You should react to Jackie Chan injuries while he was making his movies: ruclips.net/video/ufHXAn2aGVw/видео.html (He almost died in every movie production)
Jackie should of been the ancient one in doctor strange. It would of made a lot of sense

The is the most famous Arabian song for 2017 ... you have to make reactions of these not for the worst
Yeah, Jackie Chan does some cool shit. He also about kills himself in the process.
Broken brow bone that nearly caused blindness
Skull fracture behind his left ear that caved in and cause bleeding on his brain which required surgery
Damage to his cervical spine that nearly left him paralyzed
Damage to his tail bone that caused temporary paralysis
Damage to his thigh muscles and bone from getting wedged between two cars
Dislocated shoulder and torn ligaments from getting hit by a HELICOPTER
Severe burns on his legs, ass, and back from falling onto hot coals
Severe burns on most of his body by electrocution.
Dislocated hip nearly causing paralysis
That's a mere fraction of the list. Honestly, I'm surprised he's still alive. He's tough, I'll give him that.

my younger cousin was a really big fan Jackie Chan I'm a really big fan of Bruce Lee but I like Jackie Chan 2 I watched a lot of fighting movies when I work for you that's all I watchd all the little kids were watching Barney or cartoons I was watching Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee
he owns like whole neighbourhoods in china, apartment blocks, restaurants and stuff. so yeah, he doesn't pay for food, he GETS paid for food
For fucks sake, his name is not Jackie CHANG!! How is it that 98% of the people who have react channels, are dyslexic?
I hate every reaction channel I mean what's the fucking point of watching someone's else's ugly gags and expressions.R. I.P
Why Jackie Chan always wear jacket in his movies ? It is because he calls himself “Jacket” Chan ?
Notice how his most crazy stunts are from his Asian films. The American studios would constantly say no to his stunts and shot down his ideas because they were too crazy, insurance and whatnot. They don’t give a fuck in Asia lol
Imagine all the bones that dude has broken to get to that point
Acctually exist a documental to this ... in it jackie talks about a lot broken bonnes and real hits in his face.
The Punch Sound Where Made By Whipping A Wet Rag But These Days They Are Digitalized
yo dudes the sound FX where like that because back then they would actually hang jam or meat and hit it with sticks to cause different punch sounds
