about the running stance 1:10 . when you put your hands straight like that it does helps you to have more spring motion. more spring motion = more speed and power. plus when you sprinting you need to use a running technic that help you to run the fastest with minimum efforts. you could use about 50% of your max speed with good technic and pepole who are chassing you at thier full speed with bad form won't even catch you. and i know what im talking about cuz i can say myself i run fast
