Sending love to all those currently dealing with infertility struggles ❤ I knew not to skip over this one even though it's a tough topic for me sometimes. Very calm, soothing, and gentle. I even smiled softly to myself at one point. And huge props to all you mamas out there that can do that hovering squat - I still can't get that one down 😅
38 weeks pregnant and have been waiting so long for Adriene to release a free prenatal practice. I've been practicing with Adriene for about 6 years but when I got pregnant I had to switch to other yoga channels - none are as good as Yoga with Adriene. This practice is just about long enough to generate a sense of calm and do some light stretching. My belly was too big and hips too sore to do the squat pose so I sat on my birthing ball instead. I also had to shorten my stance for the warriors, because relaxin is making my groin and hips quite twingey when I over-extend. Thanks Adriene for this practice and I hope you release a few more for other pregnant YWA fans out there!

In my last pregnancy, I did some prenatal yoga videos (during Covid) but I mostly did Adriene’s videos anyway and just adapted the moves that I wouldn’t be able to do. I googled which poses to avoid or replace. Pregnant again this year and delighted to see this video, now that I’m going into the second trimester, I’m going to try and do this video once a week and follow along with the September calendar as best as I can. ❤

I'm at the other end of my reproductive journey and struggling with achey joints and hot flushes, so this was just the ticket, plus it got me remembering the special feeling of carrying my babies many moons ago. I can't help thinking how I wish I had discovered yoga, and YWA long before lockdown! Grateful to count these videos and this community as part of my life now :)

35 weeks for me. I’ve been following along with the calendar and listening to myself along the way. Sometimes it’s a nope nope nope and sometimes it’s helpful to be reminded oh yeah I still can do this. Sometimes I just sit down on the floor and don’t watch a video but just follow my own rhythm. In all cases, I know adriene and the community is right there beside me rooting me on. Sending much love to everyone out there who ever spent some time in their mother’s tummy.

Loved this practice ❤ I’ve no doubt that well wishers in the comments mean well and are absolutely coming from a good place but i would strongly caution jumping to conclusions on such a sensitive topic without any clear announcement. Adriene is open and transparent with her followers so I’m sure if she ever has any news to share that she wants to share be it now or in the future, she will if/when she feels comfortable to discuss it. In the meantime I’m sure many viewers (pregnant or not)will benefit from this practice. Thank you Adriene ❤

I won't make it you guys! I'm on the end of my second pregnancy and both of them I've been craving prenatal yoga with Adriene 🥲 If she really does more of these, I'll have to have a third kid. 😅
Prenatal yoga was how I started making yoga a normal part of my life. During my three full term pregnancies, I practiced yoga with a group of mama's in various stages of pregnancy. The relaxation techniques and strength in those thighs with the Goddess pose and squats were invaluable for squats during the birth. I also used supported child's pose for hours when my sweet first baby had her head shoved into my back. Being able to love and feel in control of my body while in these intense birthing times helped make them an empowering and beautiful experience. Sending love to everyone out there on their journey of creating family however they do so, pregnant or not. Also, thanks Adriene for putting a nice calming practice out there for this tired, and definitely not pregnant (thank you vasectomy!) mama.
I wish I had this when I was pregnant with my babies 3 and 1.5 years ago!!

No pregnancy over here but I have been struggling with body image issues lately. This gentle, soothing and loving practice was a perfect antidote for that. I just hit 27 weeks with my first baby! I'm so grateful you made another prenatal video, you'rey favorite yogi and I've been doing your challenges for years now! Once I I pregnant I wasn't really sure what is and isn't safe for pregnancy and I haven't done much yoga for the last few months. I found @yogawithadriene about 7-8 years ago. My favorite way to practice is has been Adriene. I am 3 months pregnant and have been searching for a prenatal video that resonates with me. I feel so blessed this video just came out. Thank you so much for always supporting me through all my journeys of life.

I did the prenatal playlist when I was expecting last year... this practice would have been perfect for my second trimester! So happy for all the expecting moms out there to have this resource. I used your videos my entire pregnancy, up until about the last month and a half when I couldn't do much more than walking. Jumped right back into postpartum exercise with your 30-day series, even though I had to start a month late. Thanks for everything!

I thank you Adriene. I am working on doing more mindful practices as I prepare for the Jewish High Holidays. I want to incorproate mindfulness earlier in my preparation season and this was a good tool for that purpose. Take care everyone.
If you are NOT pregnant and on the fence, it's a lovely practice. I was very emotional and sent the love to my 2 adult children and thanked my powerful body for nurturing me and those pregnancies 19 & 24 years ago, and oddly enough today is my daughters 24th birthday and my birth day of her.
Yes love this! My babies are 17,15, and 11 and during this practice I had the same thoughts of when I felt them growing inside me and thankful for my body and it’s wonders!

Decades past my pregnancy, but today's practice was a nice way to ease into the week, before my other exercise routines. As you mention in your email, some of the titles don't resonant with me, but I always enjoy the practices.

Dear Adriene, Thank you so much for each and every video you post and all the love and honest self you put into them. It's what keeps me coming back! My partner and I are trying to get pregnant, and it's such a struggle: The building hope each month, the stress of baby-making at the "right time," the waiting and looking for signs of new life, and disappointment when it doesn't work out. It's hard to stay hopeful. Are there any poses which might aid implantation, or for nurturing ourselves during this time? Would you be willing to make a video (or a series??) for people trying to conceive? Thank you for all you do and are!
Keep doing the yoga! I know it's not the answer for all situations, but I truly believe it helped me get pregnant at 41 a few years ago with a very unexpected but oh-so-wanted baby.
I've been watching yr videos since I was 24 and came down with horrible gerd symptoms. Today I am 33 and in my first weeks of pregnancy GRATEFUL for the range and your energy of each video you post. Every time I'm finished I feel centered and so much more relaxed in my body and mind. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!
