Ngumba which is just behind Garden City mall is also a good choice although rent might have shot up to 25k . Studio apartments in those areas can range between 9 - 13k. I tend to think studios are the most expensive given the small size. The trick to finding an affordable apartment in a prime area is searching the interior. You can find yourself paying a premium for living by the main road.

Maize and beans is a traditional dish among Luo communities in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Ethiopia and Congo. The name of the food is Nyoyo, Nyoi, Nyoya, Anyoya etc, depending on the Luo dialect you speak.
We also eat beans in Zambia. I believe the Luo are originally from southern Bantu Kingdoms. Their names/ diet and physical is similar to those tribes found in the southern parts of the continent.
