I think it’s a language barrier bcse am rwandese and I don’t explain a lot but yaa we don’t speak English bcse we re not like ug or Kenyan who have a lot of languages but us have one that even in the village we all speak one language so this foreigner languages even educated people don’t use it a lot, the issue is many can write and understand English but speaking still a very big problem but you have to understand it’s been from 2008 that we adopted English and other East African country were colonized by British people but not us but we will reach there and have even our own accent even people who speak good English most of them have Ugandan accent,few Kenyan and other accent
