Scene: Bet gets infected in Hong Kong

Storyline: Soon after her return from a business trip to Hong Kong, Beth Emhoff dies from what is a flu or some other type of infection. Her young son dies later the same day. Her husband Mitch however seems immune. Thus begins the spread of a deadly infection. For doctors and administrators at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, several days pass before anyone realizes the extent or gravity of this new infection. They must first identify the type of virus in question and then find a means of combating it, a process that will likely take several months. As the contagion spreads to millions of people worldwide, societal order begins to break down as people panic.

This movie made me painfully aware of how dirty and contaminated public surfaces are.
You needed a movie to figure that out?
It’s usually not a problem most viruses that exist on services are things that people run into on a normal basis. Problem is when something new crops suck it’s something that nobody has any immunity to or had any exposure to before then it just spreads like wildfire. It’s also made worse when you have a leader ship

This movie made me know exactly how people can be so easily brainwashed into doing something the elites want them to do! RCMP representative denies coronavirus was sent. But husbands speciality is coronavirus, and many of the names of many students removed have records showing they have also worked with China's biological warfare programs in Changchun, Chengdu Military Region, Hubei, and Beijing virology and microbiology labs.
Would make an even better movie with all the pieces involved. Espionage almost always does well at the box office, and biological espionage is a hot topic right now.

The color yellow is very prevalent in the film's cinematography. I wonder if it's meant to represent the illness spreading and infecting so many people as well as fear spreading with the disease. Yellow as a color is often associated with diseases such as yellow fever and jaundice.

I’m 39 I watch this thing basically unravel my entire life. It destroyed my job he destroyed my future. And our leader ship just didn’t seem to care all they seemed intent to do is force me back out there to go to work and try to get the virus. I ended up getting this damn thing and it pretty near killed me. I spent 2 weeks with the worst nausea you could imagine. I did not want to eat anything. It was so bad I sat on the toilet holding a 5 gallon bucket. I lost a good job April 5th 2020 and I never got it back. At 39 I had to go crawling back to the shitcurity industry to find work. These are truly dead end jobs and I’m back at the bottom trying to crawl out yet again. It very nearly killed my dad and messed his wife up real bad. slpip - They had no idea that they were infected. Symptoms didn't show until it was too late, and even then they likely thought it was a common cold or even the flu. That's why a pandemic that attacks the respiratory system can be so misleading and dangerous. Of course, the virus in the film is much deadlier with horrific effects on the body.

I think it's because Hong Kong was hit hard by the SARS outbreak back in 2003 and so they were a bit more prepared for the possibilities of a pandemic. For the rest of the world, it went from unlikely to 'holy shit' pretty rapidly.
