Hi!🌟I'm Alex, a certified mat Pilates instructor. I've created this channel to guide viewers through challenging and effective at-home Pilates workouts. I absolutely love the way that Pilates makes my body feel and I want YOU to enjoy the same benefits! I believe that in order to get the most out of Pilates practise, we need clear instruction, cues to keep our form on track and encouragement and motivation. Oh just did this. Amazing !!!as usual I loved all of it and really felt it when you did all different moves of the biceps and the hands up and down and arms back and forth. I almost could not do every move and I did not have weights. My stomach still hurts from the other workout so wondering how I feel tomorrow! But feels great! Just awesome. I wish there was a way to subscribe more than once because you deserve it. I love how my body feels after a workout! Once of the moves where you put your arms straight behind you and pulse reminded me of the old Callanetics, that used to be so effective.

I did your 45 latest workout the other day and I am still sore everywhere! So nice to have a different type of workout so I cant do your workouts everyday but have to wait a few days! Another truly amazing workout with flow movements and super clear instructions. I did not use ankle weights and used 2lb weights, and still feel a moderate good burn.

This is a new favorite! I always flip through to get a sense of what is in it(and avoid the reverse table top that doesn’t work for my shoulders), and was delighted by the challenge. Thank you for helping me to target lower body muscle groups, and reminding me to breathe deeply along the way.

I loved it and right away subscribed too. But one point here: For upper body other than push ups ,there wasn't any other workout.I was looking for arms,shoulders, triceps, workouts to be included as its a full body workout. You covered glutes,inner thigh,core,back,chest(push up) but legs(only hamstring was covered),arms,shoulder, tricep, weren't covered.

I looove this one. I am 48 hrs after amniocentesis but felt great so had to move. I just skipped the ab part and did deep core breathing instead but all else I did using a glute band😊
