Hi!🌟I'm Alex, a certified mat Pilates instructor. I've created this channel to guide viewers through challenging and effective at-home Pilates workouts. I absolutely love the way that Pilates makes my body feel and I want YOU to enjoy the same benefits! I believe that in order to get the most out of Pilates practise, we need clear instruction, cues to keep our form on track and encouragement and motivation. Hi Alex... 73 yo male here. I really enjoy your workout videos, and this one was no exception. I have pretty bad arthritis in both wrists, so I'm always looking for wrist friendly yoga and pilates routines. I just wanted to point out that in the last scene during the cool down, the video cuts to black before going to the shoulder stretch on the opposite side. Just thought you should know. Otherwise I enjoyed this one a lot!
