      this video is fantastic! i’m new to your channel & this was such a great workout. your verbal cues are very easy to follow, it can be so easy to get lost in a workout but you rly make it a point to specify which muscles to engage & i rly appreciate it!!! ❤

    Loved the mat work! I could actually feel my hamstrings which I have trouble doing when doing RDLs etc.

    love your workouts!! they are so challenging especially with the equipments, can you do more lower body with heavy weights and bands?🥹 i really enjoy pilates x strength workouts they are on another level!
