When pushing my lower back into the ground. My body starts shaking. Is this something I need to overcome by holding this position? Or do I need to do something else so I don't quiver when pushing my lower back into the ground?
Is this information true for the “popping” noise I hear during squats and RDL’s? It actually feels as if my hip is popping out of the joint. Hope this helps as when it pops, it’s painful.

Arnt you supposed to keep the natural arch in the lower back
Pushing lower back into the ground makes my shoulders hurt but it’s not pressure from the ground it’s internal
