    Wow! I didn't expect to get so warm with this one. A much needed posture workout for me. My chest feels more open, my neck feels longer, this is a great upper body workout!! ❤❤

    Hi Alex! Given the condition of my back, I was really looking for a practice that would work on correcting my posture and strengthening my upper body, especially my upper back and core. this practice was exactly what I needed, especially using body weight. Almost like a calisthenic practice, I could really feel the burn. Thank you so very much for being my daily inspiration! 🤍👱🏻‍♀️🧡🍑💋🙏🏻💪🏻👌🏻🥰😇✨

    Should I feel bad that I couldn’t hold the second plank?😢 I had to keep lowering my knees

      Not at all! 💕 Planks are challenging! Lowering your knees is a great modification and still works your core effectively. 💪 Keep listening to your body, and with consistency, you'll build strength and endurance over time. You're doing great-keep it up! 🌟
