Amazing 😍 Love that there is no voice over, but you are working out 'with' me. No background music is also a plus - I can play my own depending on the mood or just listen to your calming voice throughout the workout. Also - your moves are challenging and interesting, but at the same time not overcomplicated thank you!😘

What an awesome full body practice Alex! It was super challenging yet super fun to work on each of those different muscle groups. My one query is regarding the breathing: if I understand body mechanics well, we breathe in to take in more oxygen while going against gravity such as going up in pushups & breathe out while going down. In your practices it was the other way round. Any particular reasoning for this? Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful practices 🤍👱🏻♀️🧡🍑💋🥰😇🙏🏻👌🏻💪🏻✨

In Pilates we breath out during exertion to help us engage the core more effectively because it activates the transverse abdominis and stabilizes the pelvis and spine. Exhaling reduces intra-abdominal pressure, allowing for better control and support during movement. In contrast, inhaling tends to relax the core, which can lead to less stability when performing exercises. This coordination of breath and movement enhances performance and reduces the risk of injury… hope this helps! 💖😊
