    Wow, that exercise at 11 mins was amazing. Never done that before! It’s so effective. Such a great combination of moves with plenty of repeats and lovely slow pace. Thankyou.

    Amazing 😍 Love that there is no voice over, but you are working out 'with' me. No background music is also a plus - I can play my own depending on the mood or just listen to your calming voice throughout the workout.
    Also - your moves are challenging and interesting, but at the same time not overcomplicated thank you!😘

    WOW...Thank you, Alex, for such a wonderful workout! This one definitely burned!! I am so happy I discovered you and your workouts. I appreciate that your full-body routines are just that. Sometimes, full-body workouts can skimp on the abs portion, but not you. My glutes were feeling the burn!!! You deserve WAY more subscribers and likes! Great work!!! 🥰🦾💗

    What an awesome full body practice Alex! It was super challenging yet super fun to work on each of those different muscle groups. My one query is regarding the breathing: if I understand body mechanics well, we breathe in to take in more oxygen while going against gravity such as going up in pushups & breathe out while going down. In your practices it was the other way round. Any particular reasoning for this? Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful practices 🤍👱🏻‍♀️🧡🍑💋🥰😇🙏🏻👌🏻💪🏻✨

In Pilates we breath out during exertion to help us engage the core more effectively because it activates the transverse abdominis and stabilizes the pelvis and spine. Exhaling reduces intra-abdominal pressure, allowing for better control and support during movement. In contrast, inhaling tends to relax the core, which can lead to less stability when performing exercises. This coordination of breath and movement enhances performance and reduces the risk of injury… hope this helps! 💖😊
