    Hi Alex... 73 yo male here. I really enjoy your workout videos, and this one was no exception. I have pretty bad arthritis in both wrists, so I'm always looking for wrist friendly yoga and pilates routines. I just wanted to point out that in the last scene during the cool down, the video cuts to black before going to the shoulder stretch on the opposite side. Just thought you should know. Otherwise I enjoyed this one a lot!

    Thanks keel this was a fantastic practice I really felt my muscle areas working full body work out ever since I been doing your page I have toned up especially in my core I am a weight training adding Pilates it given me more flexibility and legitivy and mobility I really appreciate your technique and style I always look forward to working out with you u are amazing trainer again I appreciate you keep up the great work see you next work out thumbs up always have a wonderful evening
