    hey man, how can i stay more committed and consistent with something? For example, going to the gym. The next day i always have a plan and tell myself that i would go to the gym but in reality, the next day I wake up just feeling lazy and unmotivated to step out the house.     Thank you Michael. I've really been enjoying the podcasts thus far. I have fallen in and out of my fitness journey at age 34 but I'm proud to say I am 6 months in to actively training and have set a goal for myself to finish a 5K Tough Mudder in August at less then 01:35:00 time (My previous 5K record). Lost 13 (Current 187) pounds so far but still enjoying putting in the work. You are a great addition to helping me stay in a positive mindset and keeping me motivated. Thanks again.

    Another episode of the HU podcast, another good day. I've been talking to so many people about goals lately and you're spot on. Atomic Habits was a game changer when I read it a few years ago. And I think everyone severely underestimates how long certain things take. Which is why focusing on the systems to create a true lifestyle change is so key. Solid episode brother!

      Being around it. Gong to a bible study, learning from faithful people, going to church. Imeerse yourself in the experience and you increase the likelihood of experiencing the thing. Also, you cant feel god if you dont spend time with god. Whatever that looks like for you.
