    Michael! I started my fitness journey 10 weeks ago, and I have been listening to your tik toks and podcast religiously. 13 pounds down so far and the weight continues to melt off. I got sober from alcohol (this was absolutely crucial for me), 10-15K steps a day, working out 4-5X a week, monitoring protein intake, and eating whole foods roughly 90% of the time (I did have a bag of Nerds gummy clusters last night). I can’t thank you enough for all of your advice and motivation! 🤍

    You have very quickly becom one of my favourite content creators. Every Tiktok and podcast is so informative and has truly helped me become a better person. I'm nowhere near the man I want to be but I'm closer to it because of you

    so sick you answered my question!
    just got back to doing full body split, i enjoy and can stick to it.
    love the way you think and how you articulate your thoughts, i find it’s really easy to relate to how you look and things and the simplicity that it’s built on. appreciate you man, here for the long run !!

    I’ve been working on my speech, taking pauses instead of saying things like “um, like” (thanks to you!) and i’m pretty sure my coworkers think I’m having a stroke on a daily basis

    seems like you have to make a lot of adjustments to allow yourself to drink. Might want to just put the poison down completely!
