Michael! I started my fitness journey 10 weeks ago, and I have been listening to your tik toks and podcast religiously. 13 pounds down so far and the weight continues to melt off. I got sober from alcohol (this was absolutely crucial for me), 10-15K steps a day, working out 4-5X a week, monitoring protein intake, and eating whole foods roughly 90% of the time (I did have a bag of Nerds gummy clusters last night). so sick you answered my question! just got back to doing full body split, i enjoy and can stick to it. love the way you think and how you articulate your thoughts, i find it’s really easy to relate to how you look and things and the simplicity that it’s built on. appreciate you man, here for the long run !!
