    Thanks guys. A really interesting and informative conversation. There were a number of times I grabbed a note pad to jot down some ideas that I know I will revisit. I’d like to think I’m quite good with making behavioural changes but have taken some very useful ideas from this of things to work with. I love the idea of GPS who don’t want to just give a prescription but want to help people to make meaningful changes by taking more responsibility for our health problems so often caused by what you called diseases of comfort.
