Short and sweet. The other day I was battling with severe stress that I was hardly handling and I just put my shoes on, stepped outside and took off running. I felt incredibly different when I stepped foot back in my house. It is so underrated the way movement and exercise can change your life. Glad to see ya back Michael. Thanks for entertaining me while I cook dinner lol. #StepCheck 7:20pm EST 27,647

I’ve always told my very spoiled kids that they have a $1,300 smart calendar in their hands and to USE IT for reminders and important dates. No excuses.

About a three years ago I’ve started jokingly saying to friends and family that I’m “indestructible”. Though obviously not true, I’m convinced that the reps I’ve put in over those years of repeatedly saying “I’m indestructible” have made me healthily oblivious to certain limitations other people often struggle with, thus resulting in me doing things I had no business being able to do. Talk to yourself, people. Underrated advice.
