What a gem of an episode, loved the example of building the house with all the different things he progresses in daily. The long game without seeing the end result is the key, the ones who get it get it
I dont comment often, but I’m breaking my silence to say I needed to hear this today. I got a channel where I talk about fat/weight loss and I’m just now starting to take it seriously, and I almost threw in the towel today. But you’re all’s conversation has motivated to continue on. Thank you
50:17 - I learned the "reality of the situation" of sticking with something when I first started Jiu Jitsu. I was so bad at it and I injured myself and two of my training partners on accident in my first year. I remember crying on the way home from practice some days because I felt so weak and useless. But after more than 3 years of consistent practice, people now ask me questions on how to do moves properly and I am helping my partners be safe when rolling. This podcast was great and it affirmed my passion for teaching people how to find what they love to do. Thank you both for sharing this and I hope to one day have a conversation with you both about fitness, mindfulness, and overcoming obstacles within life.
This was truly a phenomenal podcast. I don’t normally comment on videos but I stopped what I was doing at work just to say this. I really love what both of you guys do. Thank you.
Such a smooth episode. Great job with the flow. And I am a big proponent of giving a firm and confident handshake. I always told my girls to be assertive and that they better not be offering up a limp wrist 😂
Great interview! I think a lot of building your brand is to just START. The great thing is that everybody's experience is different and there's always going to be a group of people that are interested in HOW you did what you did/are doing from your perspective. & 20:20 - "You are the niche" Shoutout to @DanKoe, great guy to follow also for those looking to grow their brand as well. Great interview fellas!
I work shit at my job (night and day). I love a healthy lifestyle on the side. Train everyday, cardio and strength training and eat healthy. I wonder how much switching between working night and day affect my health? Fretting from Sweden :)
