Hi! I love your podcast and you are so insightful. I was wondering, as a college student who lives in a dorm it’s hard to get my nutrition on a solid basis. I can’t cook (unless it’s in a microwave) and I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how I can still eat whole foods and hit my protein goal
