    Currently stuck in this phase. I ended my cut & reaching my lean dream physique. Maintained it for 2-3 months & then I started binge eating just like you said. Thank you for this video.

    Hey man just wanted to say I didn’t click on this video because I felt like I could get something from the title, I did it because usually whatever you post I enjoy. I did genuinely debate clicking this video and even though subject doesn’t really apply to me, I still found it enjoyable and informative. I know you struggle with video ideas sometimes but this goes to show even the people that might not be interested but are still big fans will still click & enjoy. Thanks man 👊🏼

    One tip I use is I like to think of myself when I’m old. I think about how disappointed I would be in myself if I get to the end of my life and haven’t achieved the things I set out to do e.g. fitness, career or travel. I want to be able to look back on life and know I smashed it in everything I set out to do. Great video Mo!

    What helps me is avoiding the 'we start Monday' approach. Fall of the diet or training plan, forget about it, next day straight back to it. Great vid mo!

    getting so addicted to gaming that i forgot to eat worked really good for my binge eating. but on a serious note what helped for me is when i was finished with the gym i craved donuts so I promised myself if I get them at my hometown (it is a 15 min drive) I am allowed to eat them. but when i am driving home I visualize myself getting them, eating them and also how I would feel after eating them. i never went for donuts after a gym session again after that.

    If I'm binging and tell myself I want to stop, as opposed to saying "I'll try again tomorrow", I'll instead say "If not now, when?" because chances are putting it off until tomorrow or until a certain means I will continue to do it for the rest of that day which will then lead into that cycle you mentioned. Also, sharing it (if you feel comfortable) with other people. If someone is aware of it they can help to try and hold you accountable and not sabotage your goals. Sick video once again Mo!

    Negatively visualise is something I do when feel like I can't gym that day. I think about all the hard work and hours i've spent to get to the point I am at now. If I do that I always get motivation to go.

    When I was getting ready for exams , I started working out seriously, started eating vegetables/protein only . Eventually lost 25 kg and got shredded and after exams I lost my purpose. That is so stressful when you don't have a goal, that thing sucks man and I did not even care anymore about anything . Got ADHD and that made me do some more shitty stuff in my . Anxiety came back. Now I m not that fat again but I m apparently out of shape. Still got no purpose but I m trying to find one and don't fuck up my life anymore. turned 18 this year and that sucks as well. It is like you don't have a lifeline , like when you are in school , you know that u must study and etc. Now I don't know anything. I m still learning stuff but you know , it is like levitating in space , full of dark , but still going somewhere.

    This was extremely helpful. I also like to say a prayer over my food before I put it in my body. You will appreciate it more and eat it slowly.

    My experience with trying to control my weight, I lost over 26kg over 3-4 months just not eating enough, recently I’ve started eating a lot more trying to bulk up abit but know looking at myself I feel fat even thought I’m 81kg. Any tips on regulating meals to prevent falling into the habit of under eating but not over eating

    Your physique is fire. Im 5st and have bed. Im trying to bulk up slowly as I have refeeding syndrome and overeating can kill me. I got the ed after losing weight on a 500 calorie diet. My boyfriend wouldn't stop talking about food and I starting binging on chocolate and drinking too much water which affected my heart. Got refeeding syndrome. Im increasing calories and weight slowly at home. Boyfriend and I are on no contact. I notice terrible sleep after the binging wake at 4am. I felt ashamed as I drank more water than healthy for my 33kg body.
