Maybe just charge CA registered Tesla the $22/yr and if you see a Tesla with a CA license you know it paid the HOV lane fee no sticker required. We know Tesla’s are EV it’s the only option. I’m sure CA pays more than $22/yr for the dumb sticker and shipping and paperwork alone 🙄

As I look at the specs for the Powerwall 3 I assume it can't power the entire house, including the AC, at the same time. Does it have any sort of load managing system that prevents all of the loads from running at the same time if the power goes out?

If your channel is intended to offer advice, it seems that you should be more careful to have accurate and good info. There are several ways to get lower insurance prices. Costco is available to most, thentite price is lower and they come free with the insurance. Second, you said the guy at the car show was so knowledgeable and said you didn't need to rotate left to right, but then the guy at the tire shop corrected him. Third, front tires will likely cost less because theyre smaller. So, it wont be $2500, but closer to $2,000 and even less if you go to costco.

I find it discouraging that a significant part of the general public tries crazy actions that they know would not be approved (aka, the titanium weight to put on your Tesla steering wheel to fool the car into thinking the driver is paying attention. Did people really think this was OK?

It is easier to just pull the charger handle without hitting the latch. The whole thing comes out of the car, then remove adapter. No need for the extra explanation of holding the adapter at the same time as pulling out.

I just bought a used Tesla 2018 with software that said FSD. When I tried to activate FSD it didn’t show on the touchscreen. Called customer support and was told I would need newer hardware to use FSD. So, essentially, I paid for lifetime FSD but can’t use it until I purchase the new hardware. This wasn’t disclosed when I was buying my car online.

Is your PW3 AC or DC coupled? Did they install the collar/transfer switch on your power meter?

@9:10 are you charging to 100%? Or are you going to 80%?

The full screen is an option in ur settings, u can still have half maps half fsd screen

The spare tire is a good idea; thanks. Do you use Tesla jack pucks? It's recommended to prevent damage to the battery pack and side skirts.

Many more nags for not paying attention in exchange for reducing the wheel nags. Tesla never said the nagging would stop, has included in the instructions the sunglasses issue, and you are doing a disservice by reacting only to the online scuttlebutt. The nags are, as I understand it, required by or at least closely monitored by NHTSA, not totally under Tesla's control.

I don't know who put that out there about the no nag in 12.4.3 but I live in Santa Clarita also and I used my model y as a Uber with FSD and let me tell when your wearing your driving glasses at night the nags gotten so horrible to a point it's unsafe to use the FSD and aside that I got 3-strikes in less than a week 🫣🙈. Glasses at night is horrible for Tesla FSD driving monitoring system.

Great video, just coming up on to finish my free 30 days free FSD. We already moved it last week to auto pilot. Not a fan of FSD, just got the update last night as well, but will not use it again, can’t wait for it to go away, stay safe my friend.

Had FSD take us from our driveway in Indio, CA all the way out and up to Lake Arrowhead, CA in our Model X Plaid. No nags and flawless execution. Still looking for the update for our RWD Model 3. Thanks for sharing.

You should know that low brim hat and sunglasses do not work with cabin camera monitoring in v12.4.3. v12.5 will resolve those issues.

Your hat may also be an issue with nags as seen in other FSD reviewers videos. My update is downloading as I write this comment.

Your video helps me to find a different way, probably 7th and simplest way. I went to hardware store to buy the stuff needed in you video. But I could not find the 5 inch bolt for this. Then I realized I could just use cable/zip tie to tie the plate holder. So I bought a pack of 13" cable ties. I used three cable ties to tie the holder with the grids. I drilled 6 holes on the plate holder, 2 holes for one cable tie. It works very well. And it costs less than $1. 😀

the stack is different currently city vs hwy but it was the sunglasses. 12.5 should allow no nag with sunglasses
