I have a M 105 box sitting in my back yard being us d as storage area. I had to put a rollup door on it as the guy i bought it from stipped the doirs off of it before he delivered it. He is a straight up crook. The unit i have has the expandable slideout wings. While in the army i used to see these in field operation and they had radios, blackout lighting, and removable generators and diesel heaters. Cool setup.

I just loved the pure joy on Patti's face! It was evident that the dunebuggy is a vehicle that takes her to a time where she experienced love, family, fun, and especially her father. Someone should find a picture of Patti and her father, that is from the era of racing and dunebuggies, but that was perhaps taken by relatives or friends and is unknown to Patti. Then mount the picture in her new dunebuggy, with a uv protective piece of plastic to protect it from the elements. The whole build was a great idea. Great episode.

I think its hilarious that Bill thinks he can judge a person's skill set, by how they dress or how they wear their hair. The guy has been completely wrong on every car build so far, always ecstatic at the finish. I just don't know who he expects to walk through the garage door, to pin stripe his car. Its not often that a guy dressed like a bank manager, or a super clean cut 1950's era milk delivery man turns out to be a your friendly neighbour pin stripe painter. Something tells me that Bill hasn't been to a sex show in Amsterdam's red light district, done a handful of LSD and gone mountain biking, or climbed the outside of a 19 story condominium to the 15th story because you forgot your keys and didn't want to wait until 9 am to be let in to your unit. What I mean is that Bill is pretty straight laced, and hasn't lived and breathed much yet. Let's all give Bill an in unison "Just Go For It", and hope he adds a couple of adventures to his bucket list! Just go for it Bill, you'd be surprised how good mountain biking on acid is! Totally thrilling, and a fantastic laugh!

Spencer... umm yah... Looks like the life long Democrat type to me. You can tell that lifting up that bumper was completely alien and somewhat hurtful for him. Speed wasn't in his bag of tricks either. When I saw him holding on to the loose bumper from one end, and attempting to balance it on the jack, instead of moving to the center of the bumper and picking it up, I knew this guy was dangerous. Best bet, chalk a rectangle on the floor, completely out of the action, give him a box or 8 gallon pail to sit on, and tell him not to leave the rectangle until someone else instructs him to. The problem with a person of this caliber in the mix, is the fact that he is so clueless, that he is in great danger of hurting himself, and if people neglect to keep an eye on him, he could seriously hurt someone else. He needs a place where he is supervised, taught job by job what to do, and slowly given tasks to preform again and again. Unfortunately, he has very little self motivation, and likely has been coddled within a white collar family. He seemed to me like an ADHD type. His social skills were timid, and he showed lack of basic skills. If there were a bucket full of parts that needed cleaning, on a work table out of the way, that would be a good first start. Make sure he understands what level of "cleaning" is needed, and what tools and cleaner he should use. Give him the needed supplies, watch him get the first part or two cleaned up, give him some tips, and check up on him from time to time. But don't ignore him if you see him looking puzzled or phased. Get him through the task at hand, and let him know you're grateful for his help. If all goes well, move him on to task number two, and if he was a bit slow on task number one, then this is the time to ask him to politely step up the pace. But recognize that his unfamiliarity with a shop is still going to hamper his speed compared to a seasoned individual. Remember to keep it cheerful. You don't want him to regress.

After doing so many projects with Ian , you would think that he would have a little faith in Ian's abilities, foresight, and craftsmanship?

I'm not sure if you can improve on that but if it can be done I know Ian is the only one who could, totally awesome 😎

Using tie downs is a big mistake. Slide a bike stand under the frame and hook two eye bolts to the pegs and floor. One peg one eye bolt that you turn to tighten. That way you don't blow shock seals from being compressed.

I'd have a brown or dark blue 'window tint' sprayed in an egg shape on the underside of that rolling hothouse dome. The sun is pretty intense, and unless it's destined to stay a 'Show Queen', the tint will allow you to take it for a spin without coming back looking like Danny Trejo. Even if he is ruggedly handsome in his own way!... 🥵

That throttle and brake combo is really dangerous, for the same reason we dont put twist throttles on 4 wheelers, should have used a thumb throttle.
