Hi, I mined Scala (XLA) for a few weeks on a Raspbeery Pi. Do you feel there is potential in Scala or are you interested in any other way? Please let me know.

After flashing the ESP32 it creates its own WIFI network. You have to connect to this network and eneter your own WIFI credentials and your wallet address, pool address etc.. If you can get to the configuration screen go manual to 192.168.4.1 in your browser (after connecting to the WIFI network of the Nerdminer).

Hi! You can send it to AtomicDEX (Komodo Wallet) were you can convert vARRR <> ARRR at a 1:1 ratio. After the convertion you can send your coins to any exchange where ARRR (Pirate Chain) is listed. You can find the exchanges on piratechain.com/.

Thanks! If you use Luckpool simply place 'hybrid' in your password field to enable Hybrid Solo Mining. I think you have to replace the 'x' with 'hybrid' in the command line. You can read more on this on the bottom of the following page: luckpool.net/verus/connect.html

​@@BloxyLabsThanks for the quick answer! Yes I meant Luckpools hybrid mode. I thought I would find a setting for the pool password in config.json part but it seems like no such setting exist in that config.

Do you use Bullseye OS or Bookworm OS on your Pi?

You can try, but you will earn next to nothing with it. It is also possible that the pool does not recognize the nerdminer due to the low hash rate. You can better try something like Duino-Coin with an ESP32 or Verus with an old phone.

What do you exactly mean?

I used three clones from AZDelivery and another Arduino Uno clone. Duino Coin is more like a hobby coin. If there is liquidity on the Duco Exchange you can sometimes get a decent price for your Duco, but most of the time liquidity is low and you get almost nothing. So be aware of this before you do an investment. I only do it for fun. A better option to earn something is Verus coin. You can mine the coin with phones and the orange and raspberry pi 5.

Hi Chuckles, it sure is a lot of fun. As soon as I have the time I will definitely do something with a Raspberry Pi in combination with SDR. The Earning apps are also still running well. Thank you for that ;)

yes, it will increase the temperature of your phone so it is important to have a cooling solution such as a small fan or a cooler used for notebooks or routers to get the best performance.

Hi, I checked the HoneyGain discord on this error. They say that it sounds like a authentication failure or missing required parameter. So maybe do a double check on the run command. It is a difficult one because, for example, I have noticed that someone in the US gets paid more in the case of EarnApp than someone in Europe. Because it varies per country, my income will not be representative for everyone. What you can try is to install the apps on an old phone. You may not have to make an investment for this and you can see how much they earn. At least here in Europe I get most of my earnings from HoneyGain.

Thanks! Did you give them all a different worker name or did you give them all the same name? If you use the same worker name it is possiblle the pool sees them as one device.

It will depend on the type of pi and phone you use. But if you have an old phone and you can manage to run several of these apps in it then this will be a very nice alternative. I haven't tried it myself yet.

@@BloxyLabs i think a phone uses less electricity as a pi? any idea? and also a question do you know how to combine this application with a helium miner that has a build in raspberry pi4 in it? i tried to install it your way but then it overwrites its software, i don't know how to make 2 programs run :/

While a share takes a bit longer on a RPI, the pool sometimes thinks the Pi is offline. Normally it's shows again after some time (My Pi's have the same behaviour). Otherwise check if XMRIG is still running on your Pi.

I never tried it myself, but there are people running Docker and Honeygain on a Pi3B.

Unfortunately it doesn't work on a Pi Zero. I think you need at least a Pi 5 to make it all work properly. I have no experience yet with working with multiple models in an AI playground, but this may be something for the near future ;)

only one the video brings more earning as the pi :P
