Welcome! I'm Eric, a Certified Personal Trainer, and I'm here to help you get the most out of your Bowflex.
Bowflexes are different than free weights and it may take some time to get accustomed to using them. The easiest way to get started is to just work out with me.
That’s what most of this channel is--follow along workouts. It also serves as a hub of content for Bowflexes: routines, how-to’s, hacks, advice, and other instructional content.

I've seen these machines sold on Ebay for such ridiculously low prices compared to what they were when they were 1st introduced. Outstanding, great home exercise machine!! By the way, I replace all of my Power rods every 3-4 years to keep my Bowflex in tip top shape!!
Great video and a wonderful idea. Will this "hack" work with the Bowflex Ultimate 2? The rods are originals and have very little resistance left.

Every one of these reasons is one to not buy a Bowflex. Owned one myself and it sucked
Just but a weighted one
Even with the short handle, this doesn’t let you get a full range of motion (deep stretch). Why not just use dumbbells?
Not everyone has dumbbells and they own a Bowflex. This product is for them.
