Upgrade Kit (no Bar): bowflexworkout...
Bowflex is probably known best for their Power Rod resistance. Ironically, that's the probably the worst part about them. This kit UPGRADES your resistance to a new level. It's a gamechanger. It also comes with a lot of other gear that's going to fix many of Bowflex's problems and level up the whole machine.

A few folks have asked about installation and how it works with the Blaze (which is does). When you purchase, you get a link to this video covering it all: ruclips.net/video/haenm_Gl5tE/видео.html
I bought this kit. It was definitely worth it for me.
Definitely have to get the upgrade! Thanks for making this!
Thanks for putting this together! I just put in an order.
Awesome, thanks so much!
Have you tried this with the bowflex ultimate? It looks like it might work with my unit. Im willing to give it a go but curious
I haven't been able to try it on an Ultimate. I could see it working, but I can't say for certain.
Why won't it work with a PR3000? It looks like I could strap the cables to the base just like you did. I just got my PR3000 used off FB and I like it but I don't love it for the reasons you stated. I looked at getting the 100 lb extra rods but this seems better. Do you think I can make it work?
Thanks for the question. First off, it's important to clarify that I do not own a PR3000. (I own a PR1000, Blaze, XCEED, and Revolution. The kit works with the PR1000 & Blaze + their predecessors).
I don't think this would work with the PR3000 since the its pulleys are much further off the ground. The PR1000's are maybe 20 inches off the ground, but from the look of it the PR3000 would be about 4 feet. So the bands would be starting from a stretched position--meaning you'd have a strong downward (vertical) resistance. Meanwhile the machine is designed to create a horizontal plane of resistance.
Maybe I'm missing something and if you think so, please explain. I'd love to have a larger market for my kit!
I think you might have success with a design like this though: ruclips.net/video/1yJCOLfRo2I/видео.html
You can also purchase some of this gear individually. Here are links to some of the component parts that should work on your model:

Hope this help and let me know if you think I might be overlooking anything!
@@BowflexWorkouts Great! I will look into the set up you suggested and let you know. I look forward to diving deep into your videos. The few I’ve seen have been really helpful 😊
@@TheLynzrex00 Thanks! Make sure you're looking at the vids for the XTREME. They should translate over better since it has the same resistance planes (just fewer pulley positions and missing the bars).
i have a Bow flex power pro xlt will it work on this old piece of equipment
I'm trying to get my hands on one to test it out. Will report back when I do.
No delivery for EU?
No, sorry.
I am in Europe too. What can I do for this upgrade?!
