Great review!!! I'm 67 and definitely a NO FRILLS guy. I do have bad knees and outdoor running is no longer an option for me. That's why your mention of the cushioning was helpful. YES, I NEED a NO FRILLS MACHINE... No BS fake trainer, or a place to charge my phone, seriously? Less is More to me... TY
Hello I love my bow flex. I’m just a little confused when it comes to pairing it with my Bluetooth the first time I had it and then the next time it wouldn’t come out in my Internet connection. I don’t if I made it worse trying to figure it out I don’t know if you can help.😅 thank u 😊
