    Been looking forward to this all week! Kept the weight lite this time to make sure I could do the whole routine.

    To answer your question about cardio. I bike 20 to 40 minutes before my strength training, great way to warm up. I bike 6 days a week and strength train 4 days a week. So far this year, I have passed the 3700 mile/6000 KM mark.

      😲 at those miles! Do you do Zwift, any apos, or just watch something to pass the time? I've been biking a lot less these days and running a lot more.

      @@BowflexWorkouts Over the years I used JRNY and Ifit. Right now I am focused on distance so I watch either tv shows for my warm-ups (6-10 miles) or movies (15-20 miles) if I do longer distances. Essentially, I don't watch tv unless I am exercising. I have an 18 mile trail, I bike regularly during the summer months.

      That's a good goal to set. The foundations routines could be good ones to work up to it
