I was on this earlier, 2.10pm 464 from Accrington. I am on the 464 tomorrow if your in tomorrow I’ve got the 10.26am from Waterfoot to Whitworth then 11.56am from Whitworth to Rawtenstall.

I had that on the 464 yesterday and it had a problem so when the bell was pressed the bell symbol on the dash would stay on because the doors wouldn’t open properly so driver had to stop at every single stop from Rochdale to Accrington and then on his last trip to Bacup they swapped it with a normal 464 bus

I haven't been there yet, but it's vastly different from their old one that's for sure, that one was all over the place and not always easy to find your stand. Very impressive!

Horrible bus station. Gets way too crowded in peak times that shop on the exit is a rip off the only redeeming feature of it is that it has a direct connection to the train station and it has a greggs also 90% of the people who use it are cunts ie that guy at the start with a bike constantly ringing the bell. Complete bellend you might say!

Hi Ant, I hope you’re having a good holiday etc and love the video. Just wanted to update you on some news while you’ve been away that you maybe interested in hearing apparently I think it was Laura the lady who drivers locals and IrwellLine one with brown hair not sure if you know Laura. But there’s been some further updates we’ve been hiring on a previous meeting between Vision Bus and Rosso along with LancsCC that you may not to like to hear this news. As you probably know Rosso are meant to be stopping the 10, 11 and 12 in a few weeks replaced by new R1’s, R2’s and R3’s but apparently the main argument that is now occurring is that Vision Bus are complaining about doing some of the routes due to their buses being bigger they don’t want to do Edgeside, they don’t want to go down Staghills Rd in Newchurch and go over Balladen and Hall Carr. Apparently this is due to the roads being too narrow which I understand like I know the number 10 has some trouble getting down Crabtree Ave over in Edgeside sometimes due to people not being considered about where there parking their vehicles but I was saying to Laura yesterday the issue is they can’t leave the Valley estates without a bus service because then you’re looking at leaving the elderly stranded without a mainline bus route and plus the school children it would cause huge overcrowding on the number 7, 483 and the 464 as they’d have to walk down to Waterfoot to catch those if they aren’t already crowded enough at school time so that’s a concern. I suppose if they were to stop serving the Valley estates Vision would end up getting lots of complaints I believe from other customers etc or they wouldn’t last long on their contract etc because the services would probably end up less profitable then plus the 10’s to Edgeside are the busiest ones out of the Rossendale Rovers I believe so it’s definitely wise to keep the route how it is now as the 10 makes some profit anyways. The issue is with Vision too Rosso and LancsCC are saying that they can’t leave the estates without a service you see as people need them, but Vision seem to be making things up to them so they can get away with doing the estates I believe. I thought I’d tell you what’s going on Ant as you may expect some of the drivers to say something to you on your return back but that’s what I believe has been going on and it’s not looking very good coming from Vision.

That first citaro you went on was a o530 which is the only one that survived a depot fire. They had to replace them with the o295s
