@@KeigheyBusesSame I can't participate but my favourite bus is 2018 (SK70 BWP) and if I had to pick, I would say that the M4 is the most enjoyable route
Was great to meet you and have a chat on this day, hopefully this isn't the last time you'll get to drive a B10 and hopefully it is the last time you get to drive a streetlite 😂 keep up the great videos mate
I don't think i had such a mixed day ever being a bus driver. 25 year old bus drives like a treat and is just fun all over. Then get on our latest purchase and god the difference was ridiculous
Great video as always. One that will probably go down in the channel's history (unless you get another ride on a B10). Im sure that they'll be missed by everyone
I think it's the case that there's not been a great combination of bus this good since the B10, b7 are good but could be better. Most things that we've had in the yard as new haven't really survived or been released they just Been sold on. I would say they have been almost as iconic as a route master.
Glad I found one of your videos quite by accident yesterday then, I spent ages looking through a lot of your stuff last night. I didn't think anyone was doing any of these machinery themed channels around here. Are they keeping a single B10 for posterity, and wasn't it one of those with the name Alan Shearer? I quite liked those Volvo's with the black leather seats, the interiors looked so cool and they were pretty comfy. As for my favorite route, that's a no brainer for me, it's the Darwen Circus to Bolton route as it's a short drive up to the cemetery then foot down all the way over Bull Hill. My least favorite was probably that one I rode for the first time yesterday, the number 7 route to Accrington from Blackburn station. Though this may have been because I came from Darwen which was apocalyptic due of the resurfacing works, followed by a number 7 route which pulled up at every single stop en route bar one which didn't do my bad neck any good. I should have worn a collar really for some support. Needless to say I got the train back to BBN from Accy then got the number one home from there, much easier. What's your favorite and least favorite routes?
Sometime accidents end up creating good memories. My Main aim is showcase what it's like being a bus driver and how we have impact on people in there everyday lives. that can be from a favourite bus to a favourite route. Mine favourite is the Valley Lines as you get to go through some wonderful countryside but i believe the number 2 is just as good. Im not sure if the Alan shearer bus is still with us, i think it might of went for scrap a few years ago. But thank you for your comments
@@anthonyleecooke I used to be a bin man so I watch a lot of bin lorry videos, the algorithm must have figured I liked buses too. I think some buses do use the same Euro 6 Volvo engine and Allison gearbox as my truck did, based on the way they sound anyway. As for this B10, I showed my other half your channel yesterday and she says this is the same vehicle she gets to and from Blackburn station every weekday, she works at the hospital.
Great video, it’s sad to see that the b10’s will be gone because they are absolute power machines! They are beasts, they still probs got another year or two left in them!
Unfortunately their chassis are on the last leg and would require extension work to keep them road worthy. I think that's why they made the decision now to replace them

The algorithm has brought me here, not dissappointed
Well it seems to be liking us again. We've had a few weeks where it's not liked us . Welcome 🤗
Hopefully one gets preserved.
Great video ant sad to see the b10s go but at least it makes up for your second half
Good to see you on that day, 615 still isnt any better
Yea I believe a couple of drivers have commented on the same experience I had

@@anthonyleecookeahh that would make sense if the chassis is going, but it’s gonna be a shame as they’ve been around longer then I’ve been alive 😂
Gonna miss the B10s of Blackburn the pinging is what might be missed about them.
they have been good buses
i thought those b10bles stayed longer
What year is this one from do you know
Not sure
I’m sure you will drive it one more time, weather it’s 1063 or 1103 I guess you will drive it again!!!
It all depends on when I'm on the next roster for Blackburn. As I don't do a lot of overtime at the moment
@@anthonyleecooke I hope you enjoyed your B10 and streetlite 👍 lol !!!!
@@Bus_photographer Streetlite you'll see the other half to the rant one day
@@anthonyleecooke hahaha you can tell me later if your in
Sorry cant 13
no worries
Thank god I'm not the only one who thinks street lites are god awful. Worst buses to be manufactured period.
The sizes are good for some of our routes but that's the only good thing. Everything else is just so unrefined compared to their previous models
