    Quick question, What’s the difference between the LTD GL600 and the GL200? Doesn’t look like the 600 is still made? Thanks

    Those older M1 bodys were said to be Kramer left over stock,and makes sense that ESP made the Kramer guitars from the 80's.

    • @40gritguitars
      @40gritguitars 2 дня назад

      I think the Hunter is great! I first experienced it in my LTD neon Kami. My favorite Duncan is the custom 5, tone zone for Dimarzio, and SSH+ for Suhr. Runner up would be the Duncan Demartini RTM. Thanks for watching!

      @@40gritguitars thanks for the answer! I have an RTM, a Tone Zone, and a SSH+. I've never tried the Custom 5, i have the regular Custom and the Custom Custom. My favorite magnet is alnico 5, but I read people saying that the Custom 5 is too scooped, and that in tone is like the Full Shred, which I tried but didn't like too much. How would you describe the Custom 5?

    Great video 40 !!! What blocks , springs and strings ??? Im assuming 2 springs in there after seeing you feather the whammy bar ... Should of tuned both to flat , I liked the tone of the LTD better , but could just the tuning ...

    • @40gritguitars
      @40gritguitars 2 дня назад

      Hey pal! The LTD has standard block and 2 black noiseless. The bridge is blocked which I feel more comfortable with. .009-.040 on the LTD. I have not had time to tweek the ESP but I wanted to get the video done. I’ll get to it hopefully this week. I’m sure there’s 3 springs in the ESP, it’s pretty stock. The strings feel .009-.042 but I did not measure them. They will be changed out and the bridge will probably be blocked. Thanks for watching!

      @40gritguitars I'm not sure.. The original was a two or 3 piece body... And neck.... The neck is a one piece maple on this one...I can't see anywhere another body piece was glued... It's heavier than the last one... So it's either a bunch of pieces glued or possibly a one piece body? ( It's hard to tell)
