But I've done all I know to do about ants. Bees were located 2 different locations. All hives were healthy big and they took all their honey. I didn't harvest honey, wanting to just have healthy happy bees.

    Awesome system, i am waiting for TWO WEEKS now for larvae. Queen released - eggs removed. Queen kept inside - eggs removed. A lot off cells with 2-3 eggs because of lack of space probability. What do i do with my starter colonies while this struggle? I managed to get it work somehow in the past but now it is really disappointing. I don't recommend using it if you need queens fast. When it works it is awesome but it only works in some colonies, unfortunately at this time it doesn't work in the colony i want larvae from.

    Hi there- first year bee keeper in Hong Kong. Was so proud to have made it through my first season. JUST lost two hives. • @badassbees3680
      @badassbees3680 Год назад

      Yes..anything that stresses them bad and it's a problem they can't fix,they might leave and try to leave problem behind..here it's usually no food,or high varroa mites,or hornets..maybe look into some robbing screens and only use frames their covering..or at least not much extra space to try and guard..thanks for watching and it happens, just move forward, things and mistakes will happen but that's how you learn to do better!!

    Sir, I have a question if you could answer. We have a hive in our home in northern Pakistan. These days I noticed that our bees are dying but before they die they turn black. please tell what should I do to protect them and what can be the possible cause behind this?

    • @badassbees3680
      @badassbees3680 Год назад

      Sounds like you should take a cup of bees (roughly 300) and do alcohol wash and see if you have varroa mite overload,I assume Pakistan has mites and one of their viruses can cause this. I've never witnessed it personally only read about it, ours usually have deformed wing virus that shrivels wings or brood problems. Bees that Rob get their hair pulled out so their "marked as robbers" but shouldn't kill them unless getting viruses from hive their robbing..only thing else would be to re queen with different genetics and try to get more hygienic bees that will remove infected brood and not fall victim to virus.Sounds like black queen virus but I'm only guessing but can't go wrong requeening with different genetics.Sorry not more helpful but never personally witnessed it. Best of luck to you !

Etc etc etc.. ..you don't hear you tubers talk about it because they aren't really doing it...they buy queens...
