I had UHC insurance until 2018 when I found out, after having a kidney stone removed, that they didn't cover any of the anesthesiologists groups in my area. After that, I changed to a BC/BS plan, and have been happy with BC/BS plans ever since.

While murder is never right, I think that people are simply fed up with the runaround they get from the health insurance companies. So, with Mangione, the frustration boiled over at the attitude the company gave him and he snapped. As for people reacting violently, while I don't agree, as a famous comedian said, I can understand.

My advice since i just upgraded to this, if you are building a new PC dont buy this one but rather go for the new AM5 platform and buy a ryzen 5 7600x or ryzen 7 7700x since you will have support till 2027+ and later on you can upgrade to a ryzen 9 9900x or the next gen. But if you already own an AM4 mobo with a ryzen 5 3600x or 5600x the you should upgrade to this one. Building a new PC with the AM4 platform is not worth it, you will be wasting money unless you are on a budget.

Very good info thanks for the video, the ryzen 5 7600x doesn't come with a cooler though, even if it came with a cooler the default amd one doesnt do a good job, you need a 3rd party one unfortunately.

20-30 ng/ml is insufficient. For proper health it should be above 70ng/ml

I have it, but it is hot, you need a cooling system.

The funny thing is that vets recommend 100-150 ng/mL as the healthy range for all domesticated mammals (cats, dogs, cows, etc.) Aren't we mammals too? Why is our recommended range so low? It's almost like somebody wants us operating at a suboptimal level...

Bought 7600x for my new build cause NewEgg gives a free 1TB nvme SSD with purchase. (At least while writing this). Can't beat a free 1TB SSD that i didn't have to pay for!

According to poster, 30 level of D in blood level and above is an optimum level.

i use it with my rtx 4060 and is not that bad even if i got a little bit bottleneck
