Agreed. I've noticed a big difference over the year since I started on the trio of Vitamin D, K2, and magnesium. Specifically at 5000 iu per day of D3. Don't get sick much or when I do it's very short, feel better, my eczema faded away, sleep better, less stress more relaxed, I've even seen in research it helps to prevent diabetes, prostate cancer, and dementia and obviously combined with a good diet and exercise . Vitamin D is a game changer.
This is because they want to write us prescriptions that are possible toxic. If we are taking the Vitamins and are healthier they can't bill us for procedures, and prescriptions. My levels are at 70 and I feel amazing.

If you are on lower spectrum of d level, why not take higher doses (i.e. at least 50,000) every day? Won't you reach the optimal level faster? Is there a reason you have to take 10,000 IU everyday?
I see you are overweight. You should keep your vitamin D levels above 100. The body starts to fight inflammation above 100. Strong immunity between 100-150 nm... there is no such thing as toxicity, don't be afraid. mine is 120 nm..
