001 was Peter Ballard( he remaind a Ballard for Owens to protect himself since one has autonomous on and off evil switch) while working in the Lab, this might explain so much. Maybe he was adopted by the Owens. Since old school projects are usually drawings and we know Henry liked to draw and stuff, so what if..? The show fixates on energy manipulation, sound frequecies, eg, El's scream is so powerful she doesn't just scream for fun. Look at everytime she had to use most of her power like in season 2 when she closed the mother gate the lights shined much brighter, or when she banished henry to the UD the same happened but when she stopped screaming it went super deam. Light or lightning serves as a key or pathway/portal to another a different reality or dimension, look at the russian key in s3 it must be of the same MegaJoules of enery as lightning. I don’t know if these mean anything, or if anyone’s ever brought them up; I’ll probably sound insane but: Rewatching Season 4, I noticed the letter that Mike was holding when he and El were talking about how he couldn’t even “write I love you”, that the bottom of the paper had rainbows. I also noticed when Fred, Nancy’s friend, went running from Vecna, that Vecna comes out from this place that looks like a tunnel or cave, and when the camera pans up it looked exactly like Billy’s grave/headstone that he was stuck in. It wasn’t dirt walls, it looked more stone like. With the new season names, I’m thinking maybe this is where they have to go in the upside down to try to help Max since her trauma results from mainly Billy being killed. I dunno. Anywayyyy, these just stuck out to me.

The lab renamed Henry/vecna, peter ballard. I had this discussion with my wife a few months ago and she's super smart and knows a lot about shows etc. I asked her if Owens wife was referencing Henry? Maybe he used to bring him home before he was fully committed and made a staff member!? And she said probably because shows won't usually name characters the same thing because it gets confusing. Unless it's for comedic relief like Pete and Pete or something like that!

Been binging “The Magicians” on Netflix. One of the best shows on television in the last 10 years. In season 4 episode 5, Eliot is stuck inside a pocket dimension inside a god-like being. In order to break through the monster’s suppression of his psyche, the monster has taken over Eliot’s body, Eliot has to face his worst fear. Made me think of Will and his battle to free himself from the mindflayer’s control. In “The Magician’s” Eliot’s greatest fear was commitment. When his friend asked to make their bond stronger, Eliot dismissed it. It’s only when Eliot admitted to himself that he was scared to take his relationship with his friend to the next level, that he got a chance to free himself from the monster. Have no opinion on 10 being alive, but I found the episode with 10 curious. He seemed very effective, and he foresaw what was coming! So it could be that he tricked Henry into thinking he was dead. My query is this, were there numbers above 11? Who was 12? Was there a 12?

Think we'll see all of the remaining Numbers that Henry massacred at the lab return for S5 to be part of his hìs Mindlair storyline along with Virginia & Alice Creel, the S4 sacrifices & maybe even Eddie & possibly Jason! Could they now be mind-controlled by Vecna in Camazotz just like in A Wrinkle in Time? Perhaps part of his army? As a result of the shadow particles entering into them liks it did the Demogorgans in the Russian prison in S4?

pretty sure "voltage" just refers to the intensity of the electrical activity in Ten's brain. Ten has electrodes stuck to his head, which is how an electroencephalogram test - brain wave measurement - is taken. We also see Eleven and Will (in season 2) with electrodes on their head and scientists nearby monitoring the brain activity graph, and we know the graph spikes significantly when Eleven uses her powers. Interesting that they make a point of showing Will with the same electrodes that they typically use on the test subject kids. on that note i've been thinking about El's powers and their relation to the Upside Down, and I think that her powers could be heavily based on electromagnetism. We're repeatedly shown stuff to do with electricity and magnetism relating to the Upside Down - the generators required to open the gate in Hawkins Lab which then demagnetises Joyce's magnets, and El is able to use her powers to mess with the compass in season 1. El is able to tap into radio waves (high frequency electromagnetic waves), which she uses to find Will in S1. Interesting video as always, you seem to catch a lot of stuff everyone else misses, lol

Reasons why Eddie could be 10 1 He tells Chrissy that he used to have a buzz cut like the kids in the lab. 2 We know that music helps to block out any vecna or upside down, after Max uses it in s4 and Eddie worships metal the loudest music there is, and of course blasted master of puppets down there. 3 When he sees Chrissy die, the trauma on his face like he'd seen it before, and if he is 10 he would of seen 006 and Dr Ellis die in his visions. 4 He's not really shocked or even that freaked after Dustin and the gang tell him everything that's been going on, he maybe just relieved that they believe he didn't do anything, but it is odd how quickly he joins the group with no questions. 5 He may not remember anything about his time in the lab after the massacre, using your powers affects your memories, and that mixed with the added trauma, however if 10 did remember his time there he never saw 11 in s4 at all so we never saw them together anyway. 6 He championed the different and the unique, like himself. 10 was a loner, sat alone away from the others. 7 He used drugs to possibly numb senses. 8 He played music as distraction in the upside down, now he could of known this would work because of Max, but we don't see anybody tell him to do this specifically, which is strange. 9 He runs Hellfire club and we know a lot of what is going on is related to the game, with the creatures etc, and he's the leader. Plus the name Hellfire, and we know what doesn't like fire. Sorry for going on a bit but what do you all think?

Peter guy is not Owens son :) Henry/001/Vecna is Petter Ballard. He worked in the lab under this name. Here is the quote: "When Stranger Things first announced Jamie Campbell Bower's casting, the character was named Peter and described as a caring orderly at a psychiatric hospital."

I think the twins are steve and robin. Steve crawled backward, and robin took longer to walk than the rest of the kids. Maybe she taught him to crawl forward. They were both there because Robin has super hearing, and Steve is a human wayfinder.

Eddie's uncle Wyane is way too kosher about moving when Dr. Owen's ppl came to his house. It's like he's been waiting on them. He doesn't leave because Eddie goes on the run and then unfortunately dies.😢 None the less, he knows more than he's letting on, and because of that, i can't trust him fully just yet. After all, he is the one that brought up Victor Creel in the first place. Slight of hand, maybe? I feel like he's trying to take the attention away from the trailor park or from Eddie cause he's #10, and Wyane is, well, was in charge of keeping him hidden and safe. If that's the case, i feel extra bad for him.

Thanks for dropping this you noticed more than I did in that scene. 1 when 6 gives that look in the corridor, I get the impression 10 is not liked for some reason just like eleven, which is odd maybe him 11 and kali were friends and favourites to Brenner, which is why they 10 and 11 we see being segregated from the others, and I do think Kali gave him the 8 ball or it was her toy. 2 thanks for pointing out the similarities between 10 and max and Alice and what we see or don't see, I think that scene is very important and foreshadowed the max scene. 3 10 was powerful sometimes 11 needs a picture to find someone, so his powers of sight were strong, 4 the reason they measure the voltage (good spot) is they need a certain amount of energy to open a gate, which is what Brenner wants, and what Henry won't do, but that's another theory. 5 Good spot on the Peter thing didn't notice this. Brandon our boy and fellow math nerd... riddle me this: In season 4 episode 1 during the hellfire club D&D campaign Dustin rolls an eleven "and its a miss" on Vecna. Erica rolls a natural 20 and defeats Vecna. So if 11 loses and a 20 wins is it possible that the numbers of the test subjects matter since only three subjects ever left the lab.. The show is clearly based on this iconic game in a sense. Jane Ives/Hopper/Eleven = 011 Henry Creel/Vecna = 001 Kahli(?) = 008 TOTAL =020 If there is something to this it would mean that Dustin was right as he has never been wrong so far, that Vecna is the Mind Flayer's 5 star general and NOT the "Big Bad". Rather the Mind Flayer is the ultimate evil and to beat him eleven, eight, and one will have to team up to defeat him. What do you think about 11+1+8=20=win???

The wild machine numbers 1511 1 - vecna 5- Mike will max Dustin and lucas 11 - Eleven Equals 8 - kali could be everything put together will lead to her... maybe vecna was put into the upside Down by eleven... because of "everyone getting killed"... in which kali could've had an image of everyone to set her off and her use her power to force out vecna who could be the only one to stop eleven or kali.... wild theory but kali being evil...

I don't even know how to write it, it's not a theory, it's more like something I noticed and somehow put together... I recently started noticing that there are theories that Hopper's daughter Sara might be alive... then i was re-watching season 3, I noticed, the gas station seven eleven and Dustin, Erica, Steve and Robin, when they were in the cinema, they were watching Back to the Future where seven eleven is mentioned (I also only saw it somewhere, I haven't seen that movie)... and also when I guess in season 4 El sees a door with a rainbow, a little girl (008/Kali) and a second little girl, that should be El, but El isn't blonde and that girl was... so... somehow... Sara... I don't know ...

Kali was mentioned by Henry to El in the scene in which he is telling her about having known 001.

I think you should be a video where you see holly wheeler and Alice creel side by side as I think holly has a look of Alice which would make sense if Karen wheeler is Alice creel as kids (aka holly wheeler) tends to take traits of both parents

I am so glad i ran into your channel. These theories and comments are so amazing. 1. I always thought it was weird that kali tells El to use anger but henry says use sad anger memory and it seemed to me kali may be bad. Love to know more of her story. 2. Max states in srason she can be a zoomer, hint of season 4. 3. I belive El and will met as kids. Before 11/1983. Why, because in season 4 he tells mike el told him to draw it, but he drew the boys and a dragon as a kid. Also when hopper is in the shed where Will disappear there seems to be like a hole, and if it is, that is a portal. During the game season 1.1 , i bet vecna is watching the boys play and when they leave will runs into him and the chase begins. But el was in the woods as well, why because in srason 1 at the lab, brenner asks, is there where it came from and the girl too. I think vecna came for el because Will has ultimate power.

So I actually watched the episode of the bathtub the other day and that was afte El told will that mom is on her way and you hear the noise but if you remember that is the same noise from season 2 when the demogorgons are surrounding the buyer's house and then you hear the noise of like pain and that is when El killed the demogorgon and that is the same noise that you hear at by Castle byers before whatever takes will. I don't think it was El who killed the first thing that was walking by Castle buyers could have been vecna.

Any idea as to why Henry blinds his victims as he did Max? Perhaps it's more than just his signature? When Nancy & Robin visited Victor Creel he said "I tried to join them....but he wouldn't let me join them!"...& then revealed how he blinded himself using Razorblades when locked up at Penthurst...which is all a bit strange isn't it?

The scene in which Wendy locks Jack in the room where they store food is exactly alike the sauna test scene with Max and Billy. Also, there is a theory about Lonnie and the vanishing of Will, which, if it turns out to be true, then they definitely took inspiration from The Shining. It's a pretty disturbing theory, but I actually think that it's plausible.

Since Max is lost in the void, I was wondering if "the bridge" is where eleven finally finds her? Remember when she met up with Little Max under that foot bridge that went over the drainage ditch where she used to skateboard when she was a kid? Maybe she finds max there and is able to restore her to her body!?!?

I just saw a theory that says Henry Creel may be El’s biological father. When Mama was at the lab she was about 18, and Henry would’ve been about 22. She got pregnant while at the lab, and Brenner scooped her up to get to El. If Henry was El’s father it would explain their similar power as well as Henry’s apparent draw towards El even as a child. That may even be partly why Henry fell out with Brenner and was chipped. I think it’s worth noting that he is 001 and she is 011. Almost like “one’s first”.

Barb Theory Remeber in the episode “The Wierdo on Maple Street”, well when Barb was talking to Nancy, she was talking about some kind of Particles in the note cards. Maybe that knowledge can be used to get rid of the Mind Flayer particles

It's fun to speculate. And I have the final season figured out except for 3 questions. What character is Linda Hamilton playing/how does she tie into the plot? What happens to eleven? I know from filming that Max will be okay. The boys and Max all graduate together...but no sign of Eleven at said graduation. The final scene was filmed with Will. Does he defeat the mindflayer with the help of Max and Eleven? Pretty sure Vekna will be dead and the three of them will have to work together to defeat him. I know from filming that Steve and Dustin make it out of everything okay. No idea about the other older girls.

I agree with you on this about Max being able now to go anywhere she wants, and now that she's in a coma this ability will be heightened at some point, but remeber Eleven can do this too to an extent, remember when she enters Billy's memories to remind him of who he really is. Max however entered the lair first as far as we know, I think she is something that was unintended, not supposed to be, so she maybe the extra help needed in the end.

I can't recall, do we see Jonathan at his season 1 job a single time? Also I'm still riding out the idea that Sarah (Hopper's daughter) is still alive. That Sarah, like Eleven/Jane was taken for experiments. But something you mentioned about time travel got me thinking about the time travel in lost. That they get sent back in time and end up having to work for the organization that harbors all the mysteries. (Dharma, Hawkins lab) If that makes sense.

"All Friends Welcome" is also kind of a reference to LoTR. The Mines of Moria had "speak FRIEND to enter". And his password name is the name of the brown wizard from LoTR. The brown wizard has a deep connections to the wild, to animals. As for the wizard leading the dragon, Dominate Monster is a spell in D&D...but it would be hard to do because not only would you need to roll CRAZY high but dragons have legendary resistance, so they'd be able to shrug it off a few times. The smartest thing to do would be to wait until it had burned through its resistance before you try to cast it, otherwise you're wasting an 8th level spell slot. The thing is... since Will seems to have some power over the Upsidedown in terms of turning it into Hawkins, I wonder if "All Friends Welcome" kept Vecna out. Will's choice to return to the house and protect his family, then, would be considered even more of a brave thing to do. I honestly think Hopper just doesn't take his job seriously because nothing really bad happens in Hawkins. And Joyce is a person he went to high school with who would be considered kind of an outsider by the town. Divorced mom who struggles for money, and those two kids who are considered outsiders. Considering Hopper went to war and settled down with his wife in the city, and he's mourning his own child and has PTSD, he probably hates dealing with things with kids, just generally. It's a reminder. And his secretary saying "can't find her son this morning" ...he may have assumed that it was more likely the teenage son ran away than her younger one and that in a couple hours he would come back. I think it's to allow for growth of the character. They're showing us how broken he is, that he comes in hungover, that he deals with a lot of extremely low level annoyance crimes.....so that they can show character growth later as he becomes the incredible detective he is.

S2 E1 titled 'Mad max' has the boys playing Dragon's Lair at the Arcade....where the objective of the game is to rescue a princess who is being held captive in a dungeon by a Dark Wizard...& is guarded by a dragon. This could foreshadow Max's S5 storyline, with Vecna being the Dark Wizard holding her captive, the dragon being hinted at in Will's painting the same dragon, & that Lucas may be the one who eventually saves her by using the "magic sword" just like in the game ....whether "The Crawl" & "Escape from Camazotz" links to this, I'm not so sure....but it's more than possible!
