this convinced me to finally watch it. I watched helluva boss and just never got around to hazbin hotel, but Vivienne and her teams are extremely talented and great at tackling topics that most shows can't.

Also her whole "your are not my real fans" feels both immature ans manipulative, not to mention it makes it look like she doesn't want people with their own thoughts and ideas following her, but instead people with sheep mentality who will just agree with everything she says, when no as a creator you should trust your audience to know when you did something wrong, and use this critique to revaluate yourself and improve. And the whole missgendering thing is just a yikes, because she is fully aware she is in the wrong here

Her take on ai, that its ok to use as long your having fun (while ignoring the consequences), was already odd enough to me, but the way she responded was just extremely childish, arrogant and embarrassing

Her trying to use race as a defense for her making a bad take is such a horrible reflection on our community sum1 need to take her black card 😭🙏🏾

The comment she made about people not being her fans just for disagreeing is wild. It sounds like she just wants to surround herself with yes-men who agree with everything she ever says. Imo, true friends are the ones that hold you accountable. I wanna know that people around me are gonna say "hey, that's a kinda shiddy thing to say actually". How else you gonna learn and grow as a person? Sure, there's gonna be times when someone says to you "i don't agree with what you said/did" and even after getting their opinion and self reflecting, you still hold true to your original piece. But like, you just gotta agree to disagree and move on, not create rant videos about how right you are and then double and triple down.

ik you saw mine so all I'm gonna say is if it was a smaller creator I don't think she would have covered their name, and I think that was entirely for her to make sure she doesn't get more hate rather than actually protecting the other creator. Big ups to jouusta for even calling her out to begin with. Also, yeah I'm subbed now for all those reasons, you seem cool and I agree with you on most things and love discussions about hot button issues so we as a community can push the envelope and inform people.

I was one of those artists who, when AI first dropped I was excited about the idea. I had thoughts about ways to use it to /help/ my process. But playing with it and recognizing some of the art styles in it, and then watching the situation progress, I don't particularly care for it any more. I have a folder of generated AI images that I made when i was testing it out, never released any of the images publicly. Haven't even used them the way I'd intended to. It baffles me to see artists - actual ARTISTS - sitting here going "AI's great, I use it! REEEEE" and it's like ???? People; if it was YOUR art being used to train the AI you'd be singing a WHOOOOLE different tune. The artists they stole art from to train the stupid machines on are literally getting screwed/ robbed of their INCOME. You'd be going after everyone who reference/ traced your work the way AI "references" artwork; why is it okay to turn around and do that to another artist? I will say this: I have no problem with someone putting their own art into a model and training it up to use as a tool for themselves and their style. That's THEIR work it's trained on to help them. It mostly bothers me seeing AI in commercial spaces. Or being used for commissions (I've seen a lot of "I'm selling AI Commissions!" advertisements. Literally "pay me to tell a computer to draw a broken image for you" like???? At that point, why not pay an artist for quality art? If you're going to buy the art anyway?????) Or the people who deliberately don't use any AI tags on their work so it pops up in your feed on whatever platform and you're like "Pretty! Lets look closer!" and find out they've uploaded 12+ fully rendered HD landscapes in 10 minutes like and none of them are 'similar' enough to have been a long term project/series that got uploaded all together. Like... I'm sorry but these days my BIGGEST "tell" if someone's an AI art account or not is the sheer upload volume.

an easy trick with nijijourney esp is to zoom. if they upscaled the generated image there will be artefacting with little circles or lines in the colors, and if they didnt upscale it will be crunchy and noisy. You can see the noise on every single one of this guys images. Some people may use the noise as an aesthetic so it doesn't work 100%, but it's usually a good indicator.

I do belive you could use Ai as a reference like people have done before in redesigns but that not how she was using it.

You can tell if it's AI. 5 by if you pick a color on the face and you look on the thing and it's different than that's a sign of AR art. If hairstrands disappear behind other ones, it's probably AI. Aren't if it's like a Bower or something and it looks weird then it's probably AI. R.
