The only annoying thing is the there are so many annoying barking dogs in Buenos Aires. I've noticed that too.

I'm in BA, and I haven't noticed any mosquistoes thankfully. I been to Plaza de Mayor and nothing. Just noticed that the streets are dirty with trash and poop and the sidewalks are very narrow.
