I am having the same issue with a 2.2D automatic jaguar xtype. I use it many days just on town, short distances. Might this be the issue? its on the mechanics right now, and he suggested migth be the turbo not working properly. I hope it is an easy (and cheap) fix! thank you for the tip!

excellent guide very clever man pointed me in the right direction , in my case disc wouldnt eject either , I followed his lead then i removed and opened the DVD unit , not the bottom one , cleaned all connections with wd40 , actuated the dvd holding mechanism manually to release the disc , spun disc etc , could have been jammed perhaps ,put back together turned on ignition and bingo its all good ....display back to normal, hope it helps someone

Hello! Peugeot 4007 2.2 HDI. The engine shows the error after starting and does not change gears. Transmission service reqruied. I start it several times and the error message disappears and then it runs without error. It changes the speed up and down nicely, I drive the car without any problems. In Peugeot Service, it brought the following as temporary errors: P0704 Clutch switch input circuit failure and P0702 Gear control system electrical error. They said they don't repair it, they only replace the complete gearbox. Can someone help with this? Thank you for your help!

ill just not that at :35 seconds, he shows the tube that goes from the bottom of the oil separator, and its full of fluid. this tube goes directly to the dip stick tube to drain back in the engine, and the blockage looks to be in that hose. When replacing a bad oil separator, its a good idea to replace the supporting hoses. 1 below and 3 above.

im having similar issue. but no turbo ? 2002 2.1 petrol auto. just ordered a better obd reader. God i hope its something and nothing, it was my fathers car, he bought new. 80k but parked 3 years . now i just had the cills down bothsides.

😁👍👍👍 Best video on how to do it I've seen and I've watched quite a few! I just shortened the std pulley bolt that was awkward to get out as I didn't get a shorter one in my kit. Much easier putting it back on! I replaced all the pulleys and the rattle is still there. It's not the alternator as I tried another. Maybe the air con unit? Felt OK. The engine sounds sweet with no pulleys spinning and the belt off. 🤔

Thats me man im going under my friend say ohh no your car runs perfect how can it run perfectly when its shutter when it changes and doesn't engage into gear im going all out new solanoids and if theres anything else that needs replacing in the transmission besides the oil i will replace

Very good video, which shows how far reach the form in turbocharger. I also used foam, but it did not go to the back side of vanes - - side where the VNT rotation control ring is. Do you have an idea for another - more liquid turbo soot cleaner ? Which could reach this control ring ? Thank you for your answer.

Renault scenic 2...1.6 automatic. Been crying over how to sort out gearbox issues. Moves freely inbetween PDNR but just revs in D...moves only on fiat surface but doesn't chsnge gear..Can only move up slight incline in R. Diagnostic revealed speed sensor issue, i replaced sensor but still same problem. Help!Help!Help! No mechanic wants to touch this gearbox....suggested converting to manual transmission. Hello, I broke my return fuel line and I kept getting P0087 Rail Pressure Too low - I replaced it with some aftermarket one, I cut one of the sides from which the original one was coming from and we added a metal pipe that connects both sides could that be the the problem maybe because not enough pressure comes from one to the other side?
