this information is incorrect. just saying..........position 2 and insert the tool (completely straight tool) at a slight angle to the key and push in and it comes right out. The trick is to have a key that actually turns to position 2. If your tumbler is damaged then good luck,

What if you can’t move the key? My ignition is stuck and the key can be inserted and removed but will not move from position 2
